I had went there august 31st with my bf and mother to get drinks for my bf and I. When it was our turn to order, The girl helping us asked us what we would like and then turned her head to talk to someone else when he was saying our order(I wanted a frozen mango dragonfruit lemonade and he got a caramel ribbon crunch). When we got our drinks my drink wasn’t frozen like we had asked. I had my mother go up and asked for it to be frozen like it was supposed to be while I sat down with my bf. When it was her turn, she had told the girl that the drink was supposed to be frozen and asked if she could just make it frozen. The girl then told her that it wasn’t on the label and that it was made correctly. My mother then told her that we had asked for it frozen and she tried saying the same thing. She ended up making it frozen but it just looked like it was thrown into the blender with the ice it had(which wasn’t much) and poured back into the cup and served back to us. It looked like a regular mango dragonfruit lemonade but with small bubbles as half the drink. We assumed it was because she decided to talk to someone else while asking what we wanted. Read moreNot even worth the one star. I've been going to Starbucks for as long as I can remember. This was the absolute worst experience of my life. Whoever was working the shift on 1/28/20 at 2pm. From the second I stood in line to order the girl was extremely out of it. I had to repeat my order 3x !!! Three. AND SHE STILL GOT IT WRONG. When the barista handed me my drink I told her I wanted it iced. She didn't even apologize just grabbed it and continued to make drinks. When mine was finally correct after about 5 minutes she placed it on the counter and THREW the straw at me. THREW IT!!!! Didn't even say my name for the order just assumed I knew - AND THREW MY STRAW!!!!! I am absolutely repulsed by this entire interaction, and I would like to be contacted regarding my experience. Read morei wish i was able to give 0 stars. I’ll start by saying i am a partner at a different starbucks location so i know a lot about how starbucks should and shouldn’t be run. The first time I went here the man behind the counter (who i believe to be the manager) was so incredibly rude. I kindly asked him to enter my partner numbers for the discount and he refused and gave me attitude the whole time. What really got me upset was that I ordered a latte with cold foam and they charged me more for caramel that i never asked for. I noticed this when i looked at my receipt which also wouldn’t have been a big deal but there wasn’t even any caramel on or in my drink?? The second time i went to this location I requested 2 TALL cups of water. The man, same guy, at the counter tried to charge me 1.50 for just WATER!! When i tried to say something he fought me on it.
