THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE AND ONLY CARES ABOUT THE MONEY YOU SPEND- HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER! YOU CAN NOT HAVE FUN OR TALK OR YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITH OUT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK !! STAY FAR FAR AWAY !! RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE !!!!!!

We were not rude or disrespectful at all. You are the one that was RUDE ! and disrespectful !! And in our conversation on the phone you your self said "Brandon Rhyder was not that good Saturday night" that he was not who he used to be...., yes, you said that to me on the phone !! if you say you did not say that you are lying !! Not only that ...You took my sonic cup from me and threw it away..I had no problem with that at all I was happy to give it to you.....However, Your guy selling your "Heritage Hall T-Shirts" was drinking out of a Styrofoam cup IN YOUR VENUE and you did not make him throw it away !! REALLY ...I WAS TARGETED !! Then when the first singer came on stage...you did not tell us we could not talk...but when Brandon Rhyder came on stage, you told everyone not talk...Like you told me on the phone ...You "DID NOT MAKE MONEY THAT NIGHT YOU BROKE EVEN"...Well perhaps people do NOT WANT to come to YOUR Venue because you tell people not to talk AND YOU ARE RUDE!! Then ....in our conversation on the phone you said to me...."We were intoxicated when we walked in your door"...WELL....If that was the case...WHY DID YOU SERVE 4 WOMEN THAT YOU THOUGHT WERE ALREADY INTOXICATED ALCOHOL? - AND YOU DID ADMIT YOU SERVED US ALCOHOL !!! I KNOW WHY YOU SERVED US.....BECAUSE YOU WANTED OUR MONEY THAT'S WHY!!!

Heritage Hall was a warehouse for the old train depot from the early 1900s, now remodeled. 2 ballrooms, 2 dressing rooms, bridal suite, party barn (groomsmen space), groomsmen dressing room & a kitchen. It's hired out as an: ① Event center ② Weddings ③ The Party Barn at ​Heritage Hall ④ Live Music Venue It's located behind the (south of) old Coca Cola Bottling Co. Brick bldg, grounds, & large parking lot are well maintained. Even on an off-day, the facilities were ship-shape, & the staff courteous & helpful.

September 26th 2021 had my mom's 80th birthday party they're. The place is so clean nice organized, they set the tables up for you and they put the chairs up. The tables are white and nice and clean they have the wagon wheel and they have the stoves, refrigerator, kitchen sink anything that you need to prep your food. We really enjoyed myself it was easy decoration and easy cleanup thank you Heritage Hall of Paris Texas see you again next year.
