Leeker's Floral — Local services in Park City

My husband ordered me flowers to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. When I received them many of the flowers were dead and the vase had no water in it. My husband told me that it was not what he ordered and it was much smaller than it was supposed to be. He spent good money on it and it only came with 2 roses, 2 carnations and dead daisies. It was supposed to have several more roses and at least 8 carnations with daisies to fill the rest. My husband called explaining that he was very disappointed in the bouquet I received. They apologized and said they would remake it and send me another one on Thursday the 15th. Thursday came and no flowers were delivered. He called again saying he was promised another delivery and we received nothing. They looked and it was sitting in the fridge and they apologized again saying it must have been forgotten. They said it would be their very first delivery Friday morning the 16th and said they would make sure they give us something extra for all of the trouble. Now it’s Friday and nothing was delivered. We have been long time customers and have placed so many orders with them. This is actually the second time they messed up our order and we gave them a second chance. We will never order...

No issue at all Ordering and selecting the arrangement. Based off the reviews I was pretty confident in the product I was hoping to receive. I placed my order 7/24, and was told on 7/25 that my order was delivered the day before. Yet there was no package at the delivery address. I made 4 attempts in contacting Leeker’s via phone to figure out where my arrangement was delivered too. Still have yet to get a concrete answer. Just been told to give me the address and shippers name, repeatedly. With no result. The address on the order form is correct. I was told to expect a call back from two different people, never received it. So I have no idea where my arrangement was delivered wrongfully too. I’m not the type to get on here and do reviews but I’m rather frustrated given I paid a good price for a product I expected to receive the same day, but didn’t. No attempts were made from Leeker’s to contact me if there was an issue during the delivery process of my arrangement to ensure it was delivered to the correct address. Rather...

Been using these guys for along time. The old floralist Steve was pretty great to work with however the last year or so they delivered them too late. I gave Excellent details of timing ordered day or two before and yet still they showed up after the business had closed. Most recently I ordered a day b4 delivery and a day b4 valentines day to try to help not overloading them in busiest season yet it happened again. They do a great job on the arrangements however and they recently did add an online ordering page which is great also they offer a decent price but if they show up to your recipients location 4 hours later than agreed apon it kinda defeats the purpose. They did drop them off at our porch while we were gone. Which is something but if they fail to deliver again on time they will loose my business.
