Kohl's — Local services in Parker

I unfortunately got to deal with tring to exchange something for the first time under there own exchange policy. I couldn't even get them to start looking up my purchase without questioning me on what I am trying to accomplish. Lady was extremely rude I came in the first time to find out the no longer carried the item I was exchanging in store and that I needed to go to the other store that actually had one. I then drove to the other location to find out that even though someone told me they had one that there actually wasn't one avaliable. So I called and spoke with a different person at the original store where I bought and was told no problem we understand we can just exchange for the same brand if you bring it in so I said no problem. So I then now for the 3rd time went in to try and complete the exchange same lady as the first time again talking to me as I am waiting in line behind another customer telling me "I'm not doing that" and then offered me to just return and do a credit towards a different similar item so I again said sure no problem. All of sudden she snapped out that and said " sir actually I am not doing that either" before even looking up a transaction or anything. I have no idea what I did to this lady but by reading the other negative reviews that all seem to point to...

was just in and they tried to do the same thing again AND lied about the original total!!!! You have OFFICIALLY LOST A LIFE LONG CUSTOMER!!! Shame on you guys!!! VERY deceiving!!!! Was just in and was going to buy 3 ponchos and they rang up as 63 and I was thrilled because that was within my budget then as I went to swipe my card and the woman kept pushing me to sign up for the credit card and I kept saying no and that I couldn’t and she gave me a really nasty rude look and said okay then without telling me the total then went up to 75!!!! Good thing I looked!!! She said the 63 was with the 35 percent off credit card discount!!! She didn’t tell me AT ALL that that was the case OR that’s what she was doing!!!! Incredibly dishonest shady dirty and unprofessional!!! Very deceitful!! What the heck??? That is NOT okay!! And to the manager I talked to while walking out…..NO she did not tell me at all!!! Very very dishonest!!!! Wow! Beware other shoppers!!! Pay...

Have always enjoyed this store...until my horrible experience today (12/19/16). I understand how busy the holidays can be, but when you are completely ignored and no one even takes a second to tell you "I'll be right with you", it gives the impression they could care less if you shopt there. I was very patient in the jewelry department, had found the watch I wanted and waited for over 20 mins for someone to simply take it out of the display so I could purchase it. When the 2 women working behind the counter rudely ignored me, I asked if someone could please just simply remove it from the display so I could buy it. She told me no, that she was helping other customers. It would have taken 3 seconds and I could have spent my money there, but instead I went to a different store completely, where I found it CHEAPER and they were very friendly and helped me immediately. The holidays are no excuse for rude customer service. Had the employees even acknowledged me standing there for 20 mins, the situation could have played out differently, but to be ignored when quietly and patiently waiting is...
