Gabe's — Local services in Parkersburg

Today before lunch but after Noel's Baby doctor appointment, we stopped at Gabe's. I was surprised to learn this was Saige's first trip to Gabe's....she's been missing out!

We looked over the entire store, clothing, toys, holiday, baby etc...we decided on a few necessary items we couldn't live without! Saige picked out a Robotic snake, some neon markers, a snorkle set for her upcoming beach trip and a squashmallow animal for a snuggly pal aka pillow for her trip. Noel found a few clothing pieces, and I picked up a few things for her upcoming shower and a baby outfit for shower! We love Gabe's and now so does Saige!!!

Gabes in Parkersburg WV is one of our favorite shopping locations. My daughter Noel and I go there almost every time we make it to the area.

Today even though wacky weather outside (snowing and sleeting at the end of April) I was looking for some shorts and a present for my dad's upcoming birthday

This is the best store I have ever been in! We don’t have Gabe’s on the west coast, and while visiting Parkersburg, I discovered Gabe’s. The selections of items is amazing, and the prices...WOW!!! I have never been one to enjoy shopping. Fact is, I detest shopping, but I was having a lot of fun in Gabe’s. The other shoppers were all really nice (I couldn’t hide my excitement and I ended up having nice chats with several other shoppers...super nice people). The employees I encountered were really awesome...especially the young lady that helped me find lady’s shirts, makeup, and a few other items. Her name is Nalani and she’s a little bundle of sweetness and sunshine. Bonus: the restroom was super clean! I’ll make it a point to come here whenever I get another chance to visit this...

I shop here and I love the low prices!! Yes, you do have to investigate the clothes for flaws but MOST of the time you cannot find anything wrong. I bought a pair of NEW BALANCE tennis shoes there for only 25 dollars!! That is insane when they are like 80 bucks at a department or shoe store. The layout of the store is GREAT also and I have encountered very nice employees. I always return to Gabes when I need clothes. The only issue i had was that the clothes were not put on the rack according to size. I think the people who work on the floor really need to take the time and put the clothes on the rack according to size. LOVE THE STORE HUGE 2...
