Left a piece of spam paper on my windshield on a rainy day and now it’s stuck to my windshield. You did it, you clean it off. I’m not using your stupid bridge when there’s a free one and I’m definitely not using it now. Be smarter do better. Seriously.

Yesterday, I received an invoice for crossing the Memorial Bridge on October 22nd of 2023. I received this invoice on March 26th, 2024. 5 months later! I was charged $9.00 for crossing it twice in one day in October. I had absolutely no idea I was being charged since the toll booths had disappeared from the last time I crossed the bridge. I called 3 times on March 27th and 2 times on March 28th to try to get some information about this fee. I was immediately put on hold and no one ever answered my call. I'm more than willing to pay this fee if I did something wrong. But, the payment is going to a Parkersburg Bridge Partners in Addison, Texas. WHAT? I called the Parkersburg Chamber of Commerce to see if PBP was a scam and they assured me it wasn't. Needless to say I will find another way to get to Parkersburg from Ohio...

I do not use the bridge, however their advertisement tactic of putting flyers on people's cars can cause an accident. No one really does that anymore, and if not seen the cards can fly off and hit other people's windshields, blocking their view or cause a driving distraction. They are small enough to miss but large enough to cause the person behind you trouble if it flys off and plasters itself to your windshield. One was placed on my car while I was at school today and I did not see it until I was halfway home, not to mention the damage if it rains. At my college there are many new drivers with fresh licenses. This is not the way to advertise and I will not use a bridge that overcharges people and cares more about advertising than...

Wow I can't believe y'all took out $30 on February 15 then 2 days later y'all took TWO more $30 payments out of my checking. Needless to say I've paid $141.00 to cross this bridge, which Ive probably crossed 15 time a month. I tried the $1 a trip and seemed like I was being over charged on that so I decided I'd do the unlimited but what a BIG MISTAKE that was. I feel I've been RIPPED OFF from the get go!!! I hope y'all look into my account and make things right or I'm gonna take the long way around and cross the free bridge after February 29th. I know people that have been crossing the bridge from the get go and y'all still haven't charged them, I'm just confused to why some get charged and...
