Friday 4/25/25. I came into the store 1/2 hr before closing. An elderly lady was out front of the doors waiting on her elderly handicapped relative to come out when a heavy set short red headed dollar tree employee began screaming and cussing at her to move or she’s calling a tow company. The lady tried to explain the situation but the employee just kept yelling over her. The employee then announced over the intercom she was calling a tow company for whoever’s relative that was Along with yelling about it clear through the Store. I along with several other customers immediately dropped or left their carts in place and just walked out. This is unacceptable. There were literally a handful of people in there. It was almost closing time, so therefore there wasn’t a lot of traffic in that area either. The store is always a mess so maybe she should spend more time doing her job instead of harassing and...
Read moreIt's gotten a lot more organized over the past few years but it doesn't even make them bat an eye when they have several employees on the clock, only 1 register open and that register's line clear to the back of the store. I straight up called the store while halfway back in line and told them they need to get another person on registers, just so I wouldn't be late for work (and I had even left half an hour early just to make this 1 item quick stop here). I was in line trying my best to not vommit- struggling to breathe and wanting to run to the door to get fresh air. I have sensitive smell, and rancid things make me sick. This was torture.
