Gran Ranchero Méxican Restaurant — Restaurant in Parkersburg

Cant give a zero or I would. Horrible I mean HORRIBLE SERVICE & FOOD QUALITY. We were a party of 4 - 2 adults 2 kids under 16. Sat on the patio. Server came and got drink orders and we order White Queso in anticipation of actually getting chips. It took the server 10 mins to get our fountain beverages (can't blame the bartender) and our cheese sauce but we still needed a couple of minutes before we ordered. He left .... Cheese sauce sitting at our table getting cold cause we were never served chips and salsa. We waited and waited and finally flagged another employee down and asked for chips, swear 10 more minutes passed and we had no chips and no server to take our order. When they (yes they came back together) returned to the table we were able to get an order in. While waiting for our food we ran outta chips our drinks were empty and our food was another 40 minutes and it wasn't even correct nor did it taste good. We paid and even tipped our server cause it's the right thing. I heard them say they only had one chef and blah blah blah but it shouldn't matter that's what managers get paid for and there were at least 8 different servers that I saw so why was the customer service so bad? At least tell us that they are behind don't leave us...

Absolutely horrible the worst mexican restaurant i’ve ever eaten at. Right when i walked in the door i knew it would be bad. The place looked disgusting. Dirty walls, and floor. We waited 15 minutes until finally someone took us to sit down in a booth. The table was not cleaned off at all. We got our chips and salsa and the chips were soggy and stale. We got no napkins or silverware. The service was horrible and the employees looked bored and not wanting to be there. We started to order our food and they didn’t serve shrimp even though it said on the menu. I decided to get something else that said it came with guacamole and they had none of it. The food was bad and looked like it had no effort put into it. We heard people screaming from inside the kitchen as well. We finally got out of there and probably never going again. Do not eat here unless you want to be...

I remember now why I quit dining at that restaurant.

One of the waiters was acting smart, so I complained, and after that the service was poir, my mother got sick off of the shrimp that was included in her entree.

I attempted to eat there again today because they apparently are a family affair, and the waiter didn't comprehend very well. Didn't serve what I asked for, and started an argument with me.

It's not wise to make a business a family affair, and as I was leaving the heavy set dark haired girl yelled fxck you.

I remember now why I quit going in there, they were closed down years ago, and was caught again conducting in illegal activity from what I heard.

If they don't like an American complaint, they can always hit the border, and...
