Overall 4.9 stars. Rolls a little hard , keep an eye on hold time. Waitress Sonnie was awesome ☆☆☆☆☆ . Food ☆☆☆☆☆ for sure ! Hostess Asiya fast and friendly ☆☆☆☆☆ bathroom and dining area ☆☆☆☆☆ well done keep up the great work 😁 UPDATE... 10.14.20...Another visit here...google maps does not allow more than one review 🤔 This place is great...Sonnie is Awesome ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 out of 5 !! Well done 😉 had the 6oz sirloin rice and veggies...food was fast and great ! Unfortunately we got 2 sets of VERY DIRTY silverware but Jessie took care of it fast and all were pulled from the staging tray before we left. The Early-Dine section should SPECIFY THAT IS DOES NOT START UNTIL 3PM !!!!!! I was overcharged with NO warning...just overheard the employees talking about it and asked but no explanation or restitution was given. Get it together people or we will just go to Logans Roadhouse everytime INSTEAD of here...jeez ! This visit...waitress and hostess ❤❤❤❤❤ 5 stars...restaurant ❤❤❤❤❤ also 5...management and person who rolled dirty silverware.... I hope a bird drops a present on your head... ❤ only one star... overall 4 stars ❤❤❤❤..UPDATE 1.10.21...host was rude and ignored me. Manager seemed to not care much even though she did talk to me under 3 feet away with NO MASK ! after I pointed her out. ceasar salad kinda small .. see pic. Still given very dirty silverware 2 X in a row !!!!! WOW 😳🤯 gave 1 set right to the manager...she sent it back to kitchen but DID NOTHING to fix the issue...THIS IS A HEALTH DEPARTMENT 🤢 CRITICAL🤢 VIOLATION.see pic of a glass of hot water with my silverware in it...If you all cant wash some dang dishes then you are probably poisoning hundreds of people a day. Obviously you dont care since I report this everytime many times. Glass of pop 1st AND 2nd dirty inside and outside. The bowl of rice and the plate with my steak are both very dirty top and bottom. Bread basket under wax paper looks like it has never been washed, very dirty. Sat at bar since im alone and its busy (understandable) it was a little bit dirty but not bad . Bell wiped it soon as I pointed it out (Thanks 😁) . Condiments left on tables between customers and Not cleaned. salad not bad , very small portion and a bit dry, lots of parmesan tho 😋 . rolls cooked perfect brown and seem fresh. Very tough (not hard ) and difficult to chew. Got normal butter easily vs the cinnamon stuff. Crew very loud clapping and yelling yahoo during the lunch rush on Sunday is bad business period. Dont know what the heck that was all about...Bell says it's a birthday ...just quietly sing happy birthday people, dont act crazy loud at noon on Sunday. Steak 8 oz sirloin and seas. rice was amazing as usual. Overall...crew and managers ❤ need serious work...Cleanliness (-❤❤❤❤) as in negative 4 !!!! ...Waitress Bell ❤❤❤❤❤ so to recap...train managers host(ess) and dishwashers much better...Check dishes often for cleanliness. Stop only rinsing the darn dishes and learn to wash them right or close down this place. Check breadroll cook procedure and hold times. Reconsider noisy rude unruly Bday policy . Only 1 star overall...

We chose Texas Roadhouse for a little mini celebration of sorts; my husband just received his new prosthetic leg and was able to walk well. We were looking forward to being able to hold a private conversation and just have some alone time as we are caregivers to my elderly mother. It shouldn't have been an issue at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. We ordered drinks and an appetizer to share after having been seated. In looking around, the average age of the patrons was probably around 50. Our waitress was wonderful and attentive giving us time to talk and review the menu. When our appetizer arrived, we ordered our main courses; country fried steak with mashed potatoes for my husband and half rack of ribs with baked potato for me both with a salad. The salads were delivered promptly. Both the drinks and food were excellent to this point and the service wonderful. My husband and I were relaxed and discussing our current situation as well as future plans. We returned to WV after being gone 41 years when a catastrophic accident last year forced my husband to retire as a Texas police officer after 41 years of combined service in the USAF and as a police officer.

All of a sudden, the background music is increased to near concert level causing all the patrons including us to look around for the reason but the staff seem unconcerned. We can no longer talk to each other without shouting; a lady seated near us is forced to end a business call. My husband demanded several times that the volume of the music be returned to prior level. The patrons around us are nodding in agreement. We are ignored by staff. The waitresses then proceed to do a line dance facing a small portion of the restaurant. My husband asked to speak with the manager; she was rude and stated there was nothing she could do. He asked for our check for the drinks, appetizer and salads. Just as we were getting up to leave, a waiter brought our main courses. My husband told him we were leaving so please return the food to the kitchen. The manager told my husband that there was no charge since we didn't receive our meals. He started to argue but I asked that we just leave. We left.

What started out as a much needed no stress meal between my husband and I was ruined by a business decision that even now makes no sense to me. Texas Roadhouse doing something like that on a Friday or Saturday evening would make more sense. Why in the world would they do it on a Tuesday afternoon when the majority of patrons, as was the case with us, are either conducting business or looking for a relaxing meal conducive to talking? We've always enjoyed our meals at Texas Roadhouse both in Texas and now WV but I'm not sure...

What a disappointment. Pickup order short interaction with staff - they were nice that’s why two stars.

I hate to channel my inner Gordon Ramsey but c’mon!

Cactus blossom- raw and uncooked batter throughout couldn’t eat.

Full Slab ribs looking like made ahead and reheated so many times it was dried out to the point I could’ve used the meat for toothpicks. Overly burnt - not a nice crust legit entire layer had a burnt cover. Also did someone get hungry? A single looking like it was already eaten rib in there too. Hard, bland, dried out mess with no flavor other than burnt.

16oz Fort Worth Rib-eye 85% fat and gristle. I literally paid 24.99 for what ultimately ended up going to my dog. My husband couldn’t chew what little meat there actually was. I’m all for a little fat and marbling on steak - but this strikes me as low quality meat suppliers. Don’t recommend this either, my husband is still hungry- that’s how little was edible of his meal.

Green beans- swimming in grease overly salty and about on par with a can of 59 cent double luck brand from the grocery store.

Country fried chicken. Bland and yet somehow too much pepper in the batter. Dried out too again as if frozen and/or reheated.

Mac and cheese - nothing fancy regular ole Mac - dried out like it had been sitting for a while.

Pork chop definitely not fresh, another likely frozen food overcooked and dried out.

Apple pie slices at 6.99 each - frozen something you can get out of the freezer section for that price for a whole pie.

Mashed potatoes- the only thing really seasoned and way too much salt. Gravy swimming with grease.

House salads were okay, mostly lettuce ranch was more like a dip in consistency.

Drive through pickup is crazy cumbersome for a truck just fyi. The one inlets closed so you have to try and work into it from the small parking lot.

We ordered because of all the great reviews, and I can’t help but wonder how there are so many people that enjoy dried out, bland under-seasoned food like this!?

Keep looking there’s better food out there! This is one time tipping well on a pickup order didn’t yield good food. Not even okay food. Drive through guy was very pleasant they weren’t busy the foods just isn’t a good value...
