I ordered a pair of pants online, and due to my ignorance as to how pants are measured, I ordered the wrong size. Unfortunately, the pants could not be exchanged, because I had the cuffs hemmed. At first, I was disappointed by the fact that I could not exchange the pants. However, David the owner, offered to tailor the pants at no charge and free shipping to keep a satisfied customer! Unfortunately, I had already taken them to a local tailor, so could not accept his offer. David then bent over backwards to accommodate me, and even offered to refund the pants. Read moreI went in today to return a suit. The suit was altered, which we paid extra for. That's fine. This suit was intended for a funeral, but was never worn, as it was discovered the individual wished to be cremated. They would not allow me to return the suit, because of the alterations. NOWHERE on the receipt or website does it say that you can't return if the item was altered. I would've even been fine with taking a percentage off, because of alterations. The return process, with or without alterations, should've been addressed on the receipt or website.
