Stoney Cafe Inc — Local services in Parkersburg

I contacted this place about an accident I had up the road from them in hopes they could help me look into something. The one girl I talked to at first was nice. I had someone else helping me and I said if they couldn’t help then I’d call back and see if her manager here at Stoney could help. I ended up having to do that and she was nice and supposedly wrote my name and number down and contacted her manager. I didn’t hear anything. Today I posted on Facebook about it with a picture of the businesses sign so people knew which place I was talking about and that same employee I talked to for some uncalled reason decided to get nasty with me in the comments. Her name is Erica Casto. She said I was harassing local businesses and that they couldn’t help me. But yet she said they could help me both times we spoke on the phone and if she had a true issue with me she could have stated that over the phone but she told me it was no issue. Until I posted just trying to get help from someone else because I’m not convinced the manager even knew I had called and clearly this Erica girl did not describe my issue clearly or like I did. I’d love to speak to the manager about my initial question and even more so now since one of their employees decided to get crazy and ridiculous with me over absolutely nothing. I don’t see the manager replying to this review but it would be nice to get some contact information so the story could be explained correctly and come from my mouth and not someone else’s who clearly doesn’t even care to help. That’s how it should have gone from the first call. I should have been given the managers contact or the manager should have contacted me from my contact information this Erica girl wrote down if she even truly did. She kept saying I needed to contact the police for my issue I told her about and we did and they won’t do anything. Big surprise there! I don’t appreciate how this place and its employee came at me over a simple post!...

Clean, friendly, and enjoyable atmosphere here at the Stoney! Staff was polite, helpful, and just overall great at their job! It was a very hospitable place. Will certainly be going back to lose more...
