I purchased a vehicle for my daughter from Town auto the Tacoma location. The owner Ghait was super helpful and easy to work with. As well as his associate Omar. They are very friendly, very communicative and not pushy at all. I saw the posting online and contacted them and within minutes they had sent me the Carfax. A couple days later I test drove the car and then a couple days after that I took it for a buyers inspection. No hassle no pressure. It was a seamless car buying experience and I am very confident that I got my daughter an amazing car and it was priced very well. This is one of my best car buying experiences I’ve ever had so I would highly recommend working with them and I will be recommending them to anybody that I know who is looking to buy a car. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We purchased a Vehicle from here and within hours a ticking sound started happening. We notified them, less than 12 hours after we bought the BMW the check engine light came on. We got the code read and town auto bought the part but expected us to know how to put it in. The car then broke down on the side of the road. We took it to a mechanic and they told us we need a whole engine replacement. Town auto told us to take it to their mechanic but we saw reviews on attorney general website that they have been scamming people by having them take it to their mechanic and then demanding more money. They offered to give us money to take it to another shop and NEVER gave it to us. We have now spent $6,000 to get a $6,000 car fixed. They also ghosted us and kept saying they would call back. I've. been telling everyone about( Gaits) and how awsome he was and I'm in love with my new car. He was so nice and patience with me and explained everything till I understood it all. I was in there 3 times before I made up my mind to buy my car. Then when I told him I was ready it was just before Thanksgiving and I was on a time frame he got things taking care of quickly so I could get on the road. My first road trip was to Oregon and It was a no worry trip.. If your worried about after buying your vehicle and what kind of service you'll get if something happens? No worries he was great , I was worried because my new plates had come yet and my temporary ones were almost up he made his calls or whatever and called later that day and told me he got them.. That's the type of people you like doing...
