Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Washington

If I could give it a zero I would. This place is terrible. Me and my buddy go here often since it's right down the road and only thing open when he gets off. We always tell each other maybe it has gotten better but it never does! Last night was the last draw though! So after we have our order taken we go to the window and pay. After we are greeted by someone who was rude. She was dirty looking, uniform a mess, and you could tell she did not want to be there. After she took our money we are rudely informed they didnt have ice tea after we paid for it. I then asked for just tap water then and she just closes the window on us and proceeded to put our food together. My buddy had a cheese burger with no tomatoes and I had the chicken buger with no lettuce or tomatoes. Once we were handed our food with which was handed to us with no words exchanged and the window closed on us we figured that was all and drove off. Once we got home and opened up our food I found that my chicken buger had lettuce and tomatoes on it even though I requested not to have it. I then took a bite and found the chicken to be cold and chewy. The curly fries were very cold as well. My buddy's buger was pink on the inside which he noticed after a few bites. Every night that I have come, between 12am and 5 am, I am told to come back in 15 minutes as the system is rebooting. Well, I come back, and am told the same thing. Yet when I drive by the window and look at the POS system, it is up and running!!! You also see the staff standing in the front just chatting with each other. They clearly don't want to work, and just eat up the clock and make free money. Night time management obviously allows this because the only time I get service is when the morning manager comes in and takes over. Then they also will sometimes tell you that they are only taking online orders for delivery drivers, so if you go online to order, it will either say not accepting orders, or they will cancel your order right when they get it in the restaurant. Just like the hosmer location, they hire a bunch of kids who don't care about working, and are getting a free ride!!! They are extremely rude when you call them out on it, and will just laugh at you and close the window. Don't bother trying to call anyone cuz they don't answer the phone, and when they do, they act like they don't understand you. These two locations are a complete joke, and a disgrace to the fast...

I don't like leaving bad reviews but this was what I experienced on Thursday January 4th 2019, a little after 4 p.m. I pulled up to the speaker to order my food. There was one car in front of me and it took a long time for them to get their food ordered. When it was my turn to order it took over 10 minutes till they even took my order. I then pulled around to the window. The car that had been in front of me was still waiting to get their food. It took at least another 10 minutes till they got their order. At this point I had been in line well over 20 minutes with only one car in front of me and still hadn't arrived at the window so I left and went across the street to frugal's drive through restaurant. As I was leaving frugals I noticed that the car that had been behind me was still at the window waiting to get their food... I'm sure there are a lot of great hard-working folks that work at this Jack in the Box but unfortunately none of them were working at 4 p.m. on Thursday January 4th.
