Starbucks — Restaurant in Parkland

I was excited to drive through just to get a fresh Cup of Ice Coffee to get my day started at my job starting off early at 6am, Instead of me greeting a batista? She didn't even acknowledge my greet nor did she make eye contact when I was asking for napkins & a straw! I even ask politely & she said you didn't ask for it, & your being demanding? Like! Okay! That was shocking to hear especially for a Starbucks batista? She was arguing with me non stop after I apologize 3 times, which I shouldn't be. The lady with the face mask & Glasses was very Rude & condescending towards me. So I won't be coming back if they treat their customer like this every morning over a Napkin & Straw. & she even cuss in a low voice in Her native language which I understood every bit of it, cause I'm half asian myself! Starbucks, You should really train your people right & for a company that gets millions? You should really consider hiring people with the Ability to greet & people skills. I went today for the first time in a MINUTE and it made me remember why I am never going back. Everyone that was already inside the building was severed. I stepped in with my boyfriend and we ordered two drinks. Then 2 women, then my mom then two older men.( They weren’t one after the other , a few had came in 2-3mins after one another) Fast forward I’m waiting and everyone’s getting their drinks called out besides my boyfriend and I who ordered 1st. Since I don’t drink starbucks I ordered a peach tea( Incase someone tried the maybe you had a complicated drink ) So I’m standing there like ....... uh and the guy goes I’m so sorry what did you order again... my boyfriend is 6’4 he’s pretty hard to miss. Each time they called someone’s name out the guy who took my order made direct eye contact with me. I’m a pretty patient person also a barista myself and I think that’s what made me a little more frustrated with this...

I had bought a caramel macchiato with extra caramel. When I tried it it tasted like straight coffee with a drop of caramel. I usually don't complain cuz things won't always come out the way you like ii... but this drink was horrible. So I politely asked to make a new one. N when I tasted it... it was NOTHING like a caramel macchiato. I looked at the sticker on the cup and they made me a white chocolate mocha! I was already gone so I can't have it fixed. I jus feel that is extremely rude to make what they wanted n not what I paid for! I was completely polite, didn't complain, asked nicely to have my drink re-maid and they give me a complete different drink n its not like it was another customer cuz I was the only person in the drive thru and no-one was in the lobby! Looks like I jus won't be going back to...
