Do yourself a favor and start at Todd’s. My girlfriend and I have been together for almost a decade, and I wanted to have a very special and unique ring when I proposed. I literally had been looking for 8 months before I found what I wanted at Todd’s. I had visited the majority of jewelry stores in North East Ohio, both big box stores and private jewelers. Most stores seem to sell the same or similar items, this search become very frustrating: same rings, same sales pitches, and same games everywhere. I was at the point of desperately looking at online jewelers when I came across these reviews for Todd, who is local and the highest rated in all of North East Ohio. At first, I wasn’t a fan of making an appointment because I was worried I would hear the same pitches I had heard basically everywhere else, but I couldn’t be happier I did. He put me at ease almost immediately after we started talking, this guy cares about his customers. He wasn’t trying to steer me towards an easy sale like everywhere else, he genuinely wanted to find out what my girlfriend wanted, what I wanted, and how he could deliver. Not only did he take time to gather information from me, he educated me throughout the process from his wealth of jewelry knowledge so I could make the best decision for myself; I walked out of there feeling like I was an expert. The most amazing part of my appointment with Todd was that I had spent 8 months unsuccessfully searching for a single ring I liked, and within 30 minutes of my first appointment with Todd, I had 5 ring options I was thrilled with, each were completely unique and I hadn’t seen anything like them anywhere else. There was no pressure, Todd gave all the time I needed to decide but made himself available to answer any questions if I had them. Once we picked out the ring, the stone, and decided on the customization, Todd walked me through the process of assembling the ring the way I wanted it and gave me a time frame of completion. The price was extremely fair, far better than what I had been quoted for lower caliber jewelry at other stores. When I went for my final appointment to pick up the finished ring, words can’t describe how gorgeous the finished product was, just so much better than I could have imagined. My fiancé is complimented almost daily on her ring from friends and strangers alike, I catch her staring at it all the time; she absolutely adores her ring. Also, Todd has been in this business for a while, so he is as knowledgeable on how to propose as he is jewelry, he’s heard it all, so don’t be afraid to ask his opinion as he has some pretty incredible input. I waited over 7 years for the proposal of a lifetime from my fiancé. He proposed to me at Victoria Falls in Zambia which was followed up by walking with cheetahs, lions, and a sunset cruise. I was given a beautiful African ring. It was a whirlwind of an adventure. I was able to meet his wonderful family and enjoy one of the best times in my life. Needless to say that I thought my engagement could not be topped. When I came back to the US I received my American ring, a custom Sapphire Diamond engagement ring that he custom made with the help of Todd. It is truly so amazing. It was completely perfect and took my breath away. The design was beyond what I could have expected. The only problem was that it only fit my pinky due to my fiancé getting my ring size incorrect. We live 8 hours away from Todd's Jewelers so we decided to get it resized over the weekend of Easter when we were in town to visit family. Please note that the reason my fiancé picked this jeweler is because he came so highly recommended from my cousin and her husband.

When I met Todd I felt at ease that he was going to size up the ring. He has an energy that is hard to match. It was really exciting seeing how much work both Todd and my fiancé put in to customize my dream ring. It sparkles so bright and I like that it is unique. I'm a nurse so I wear a silicone band for work, but every time I slip this ring on I get excited again and smile. I often get compliments on this gorgeous ring when I wear it out of the house.

Prior to getting engaged I went from jeweler to jeweler in my area looking at earrings I could wear as everyday jewelry and I kept feeling like the jewelers were desperate for a sale and pressured me. I didn't feel that way at all with Todd, he showed me items without any pressure to buy. Since I was already there to resize my ring I asked to see wedding bands and then earrings. After years of hearing my significant other recommend and tell everyone about Todd Jewelers, we finally decided we were going to make an appointment with Todd in the hopes of purchasing my ring. After all, his family has been shopping with Todd for 35 years. Todd is a great, down to earth guy who gives genuine expert opinion on creating a piece of art. He is so knowledgeable! We were immediately comfortable with Todd and his staff and the entire experience. There was no pressure whatsoever which was a relief because it seems everything is high pressure sales anymore. I told Todd what I liked and what I did not like. I asked a lot of questions which he answered honestly. I am thankful for his honesty (and appreciate it) so we didn't end up with a ring that was not quality and one that wouldn't last a lifetime. Our main objective was to use a Great Aunt's main diamond from her setting. Todd created a unique and one of a kind creation based on our discussions. We went in for a mock-up and a little less than a month later we had our ring, MY ring. The ring is absolutely beautiful and stunning. It is unique and absolutely gorgeous!  The diamond looks better than what we envisioned and its radiance definitely shines through. It means so much to have a ring that is now a family heirloom. And it is all thanks to Todd. After years of pondering, waiting, and patience, we now have a beautiful and distinctive piece of jewelry.  It was an amazing experience!
