Gabe's — Local services in Parma

This place is huge! It's much bigger than any other Gabes store I've been to. They have a decent selection of home goods and seasonal items. But... looks can be deceiving. When I actually went down the aisles, I noticed they were pretty bare. Items were just spread out more. The amount of clothes they carry is outrageous. But good luck finding anything you would actually wear. On top of that, the clothes are ridiculously disorganized. I spent over an hour looking through everything, only to end up buying one shirt. Also, associates are less than helpful. I questioned a price on an item that was on clearance. There were a ton, with red stickers, marked down to the same price, except the one that I needed. Trust me, I searched high and low. No others were regular price, all had red stickers. When I explained to the cashier and asked about the one I needed, I was told it has to have a red sticker...Do they not realize anyone can put a sticker on anything or maybe a couple items were missed due to the disorganization? Although, it's very likely they just don't care. At the very least, the cashier could've asked a manager. If I could give it 0 stars I would but I had went to Gabe’s Saturday Evening and went splurging for my son because he is literally growing like non stop I had to return a lot of the clothes I purchased 2 days later with my sister and the cashier Karen was so rude and nosy and complaining like no other she so called said she was “new” but it looked to my sister and I like she knew what she was doing she said I waited so long to return the clothes and how don’t I know my sons sizes and just being over all nosy as hell first of all my son is growing weed and second why is she questioning me she doesn’t need to know my business and I was returning the sizes and shopping after luckily I shopped after her rudeness and I didn’t have to ! Also she was saying she was new and she had to get the manager make sure she was doing it right she just didn’t want to do the return and overall super nosy and telling me I waited to long to return even though 2 days isn’t even long to return smh stop questioning people when you have no business about their...

Extremely disappointed in my experience. Website and workers confirmed that they close at 10 pm. My friend and I showed up around 9, parking lot still full of people and decided to stop by. Workers got on the intercom at 9:25 and said we had 30 minutes until the closed and said they close at 10pm. FIVE MINUTES LATER they said we had 15 min left. At 9:40 they said they are closed and we needed to check out and leave (which we were on our way to do). Once we got to the register I asked if they close at 10, all 5 of the workers stared at us, awkwardly looked down and walked away. I repeated my question to the cashier, she repeated “mhm” then gave my my total. I asked why we were rushed out and all she said was my total once again. Very weird behavior and very disappointing experience. I have worked in food and retail so I know the end of the night people want to get home but this is unacceptable.
