The Vitamin Shoppe — Local services in Parma

This is the closest Vitamin Shoppe to where I live. Every time we visit the store, we're never greeted. I mentioned this the last time we entered the store. There were two females, one was with a customer, the other was at the register not attending to anything. The female that was with a customer said hi to us when she was done. I thanked her for saying hi bc I had just told my husband we're never greeted when we come here. I'm big on customer service as that is what makes a customer come back. She said really bc we're usually good about that (thanks for undermining me) unless they're helping a customer. SHE was helping a customer, not the other girl who saw us when we came in and said nothing.

Incident 1: We came in, girl was at the register not helping anyone and completely ignored us.

Incident 2: Girl was restocking shelves right in front of us, no other customer in sight. We came in, she didn't even look our way. Then an older came out from the back and SHE'S the one that greeted us, after we had been shopping for several minutes.

Incident 3: Two girls in store, one was with a customer, the other was looking down while at the register. Did not greet us or look our way.

Are we not worthy of shopping at your store? Bc not being greeted and making guests feel welcome is a pet peeve of mine. This should be top priority at all businesses. I usually don't go back to places that don't treat their customers well or value their customers, but with how gas prices are, I didnt want to drive to another city. We usually spend $150+ when we go, too. I'd rather spend it somewhere where they care about...

Obviously the store is great, everyone is super awesome and helpful. There's a great selection and always something new. The store is always clean, organized and well stocked.

Today, I'm here to attempt to settle a debate between two excellent emoloyees regarding 1st Phorm bars: Birthday Cake or Peanut Butter?

After listening to testimony from both sides and considering all the evidence, I have to place my vote on Peanut Butter.

Cake Batter just made me so, so sad. I was excited for funfetti, but I got bummer globby. The upside was that I drank quite a bit of water afterward, so I'm pretty hydrated now.

I'm excited to come back and settle...

Besides the fact that this place is a little cheaper than GNC it's terrible. Every day you come in they try to sell you on getting your items shipped through the Vitamin Shop app. So after months of being asked continuously I did. They ended up sending me double the amount I wanted so I went to return it. They gave me a paper with the amount. But they don't keep track in store so if you don't hold on to the paper they basically just take $60 and never pay you back. I'll pay $5 more for better service for literally...
