UH South Primary Care — Local services in Parma

I have been going to this practice for over 25 years loved everything about it I saw Dr Scanlon, Dr M Saradakis and Dr Pencu. This place is terrible now I showed up to an appointment and they said my appointment was for the next day and then the next day when I arrived they said I canceled it. They never call my pharmacy for my refils. The staff is rude and disrespectful. I can not believe someone from UH has not seen the decline of this practice and shut them down. I think Dr. Scanlon and Dr M. Saradakis are rolling over in their graves with the way their practice is now run. My whole family went here for several years not anymore. I can't believe the staff get away with treating the patients like they do. I been hung up on and told that the Dr. will not refill my prescription because I haven't been in the office in over 6 months. I was not sick so I did not come in to the office. I have asked to talk to the Dr. and was not returned a call from the Dr. This place...

I've been coming here for a year now, and Im honestly grateful to have found this location.

Not a fan of hospitals, and have troubles trusting doctors. So finding somewhere that treats you well, with a doctor I can trust, has been so incredibly helpful.

Dr Hadney is very caring & professional. She will never rush, and fully listens every time. Im always the one to saying theres nothing else & thank you, before she even thinks of leaving the room.

Honestly the first doctor I feel I can fully trust, which means a lot to me.

She has a very sweet & caring team too. Everyone works well together & the communication/flow is great. Always shocked how quick her & her team respond. Cant say enough about the great job Dr Hadney & her team do.

Dont have much experience with the front office, since I do most things online. Always very friendly when signing in though!

Not the biggest fan of University Hospitals, but forget that, I highly recommend this...

The office staff is terribly incompetent when it comes to patient care. They hang up on you without letting you know any details of what is going on. They tell you that the doctor is seeing “patients all day” so he can never be reached. As someone who has worked in healthcare, this is not patient care and you can tell they absolutely do not care about your health or overall well-being.
