Honestly the Karen’s complaining about slow workers are here really never understand what it’s like working in a food business that already has high turnover rate even before covid. If you want people to work well, you treat them well. We are humans. Mistakes happen. Bad days happen. Belittling someone over food being wrong, even if it’s your money, still makes you a bully. This location I’ve never had issues with and I go out of my way to go to this Taco Bell when the pleasant valley and day drive ones are closer. This location has never messed up and online order or drive through order. My food is always fresh, I always have everything I need from napkins to sauces. The people are always friendly or trying to be. I know how rough it can be with rude people and trying to not let them ruin the day. Especially when people just scream through the drive through.
Some things are out of their control and it’s sad to see how selfish people are in the reviews. I wouldn’t go to your house screaming how much you mess up and are a failure. I get it you paid money, you want things done right, but being rude and nasty to employees does nothing but make that place short staffed from people quitting and makes it harder to stay open and function well.
I love this location. The morning guys are always so kind and nice. Whenever I go and it’s not the morning, my food is still fresh and the people are so nice still.
Start treating people better and you will see how much better you will be...
Read moreWe order from here because it's the closest to us. Never fails though, never. 5 of the last 6 times I've been here, my order was wrong in one way or another. Even worse I've mentioned it to them when I arrive, I'm given free taco slips or whatever, yet the order is still wrong. I get home and take a bite, it's wrong. Unfortunately you can't just count items and think orders will be correct when you get home. Oh well, nobody wants to work these days and fast food is the worst across the board in hiring people who's going to give a full 100% I guess. Update 8/6/22 after trying the day drive location and the brookpark rd location, we decided that it doesn't matter where you go anywhere near our home. Went back to the broadview location last night and it was the pinnacle of "I give no f's about my job" by the employee and manager I dealt with. One of my double beef burritos 🌯 literally had zero meat on it, only shredded cheese and nacho cheese 🤷♂️. What made me open up my 4 burritos? Well my son's tacos, the first two he ate only had cheese and lettuce on them, NO MEAT ! Here's the kick in the balls though. I drove all the way back up there, showed the manager and she walked away from me... not a word! NOTHING! the kid that made my food was laughing about it. I should've taken pictures before I took them...
Read moreNot only is the food AWESOME here, & they have NEVERRR EVERRR gotten my personal order wrong, the staff is A-MAZ-ING!!! I also pickup from here when I DoorDash, & tbh, THIS taco bell location is ONE of the ONLY one's I will accept an order from bcuz other stores are EXTREMELY slow, hence I end up losing money 😞 I highly recommend a tad longer drive to get your Taco Bell from Here! *PSA- Recommend DO NOT visit the T.B. on Lorain & W.110th!!! They are CONSISTENTLY OUT OF EVERRRY THING basic, yet they keep their lights on!!! I did a mobile order, they were out of Rice, Beans, anything "fried" so no potatoes, & lettuce!!! Absolutely EVERYTHING i had ordered. They COULDN'T (or Wouldn't?) Transfer my order to another store. I ended up LOSING the $16 COMPLETELY that the order cost!!! They said it would take 5-7 days for it to be refund to my bank... NOPE over 2 weeks I believe, & STILL no $15 & change that Lorain/W. 110th Taco Bell OWES me for NOT being able to fulfill/make my order AT ALLL!!! My Sister was at this same location a week or so earlier & no cheese!!! Anyway, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Snow Rd/Broadview Rd Taco Bell & WILL MAKE THAT drive to...
