Third bad Catalytic Converter in less than 2 years and 3 strikes is an out in any league. I know Angelo since I used to work for Meineke sadly this change from loyal Warranty policies to customer is a number policies is going to kill his business. To warranty a Catalytic they give you a Lincoln Tech tour like we are stupids, first the Induction Carbon child story, second the Fuel trims child tale. People I been dealing with car with horrible fuel trims and Carbon even inside the gas tank and the codes that comes first are P0171 and P0172. In the second day of use a P0420? Been dealing with ANB AUTO for 30 years now I deliberately do not call them as a result of belligerent staff multiple comebacks, low quality parts. The idiots that run to the counter are ruining the business for Angelo, which is pretty sad guys that work over there out of control. This is Not fair business. Plus good luck trying to get a part warranted they’ll give you the run around and ask for the old cat converter off the vehicle as a “core”$$ and god forbid is it’s an after market then the part will mysteriously disappear from stock ide rather pay extra and get a good part from a normal company not this place and all theese five star reviews are...

very unfortunate my recent experience with AB Auto Part store because the do not honor my warranty after buying two catalytic converters a week ago. They requested a number of procedures to be done that to me in my 15 years of working experience it is very unnecessary. When I buying parts from different competitor just a need my original receipt and case close. They never disclose any procedure for warranty either verbally or in the actual receipt.
