Why one star? BECAUSE MOST OF YOUR INVENTORY HAS NO PRICES on it. BY LAW YOU MUST PUT PRICE MR OWNER. YOU DO SHELVES BEFORE YOU OPEN NOT BANG BANG WITH THE HAMMER WHEN CUSTOMERS HAS BABIES INSIDE TO WAKE THEM UP. I work in the food industry for long years and the food retail in one of the most famous grocery stores in USA that’s why I give one star the store is clean organized and has very good selections from Turkey and the Middle East the meat section small but not bad but the prices on everything is higher than any other Turkish places extra 2$ or even more in most of your items your bakery has no prices and descriptions for your items for what is everything is and people they have food allergies you can cause death someday and end into jail. Please put signs. Outside the store very poor looking you need to work on it, cashier lady needs a uniform please. Hope you do better then you get...

I gave this place a chance a few times. Every time I go by the butcher they are in a horrible mood. Especially the lady.

Their prices are a bit kore not much more than paterson area but the products I feel are old. The eggplant pickles the grape leaves.

The frozen stuff is really much more than paterson. They need to renegotiate the lease and bring down prices.

The chicken this is the 4th time I bought it from there it just tastes bad. Like its not refrigerated before selling. The organic from Shopright is better even though not halal.

When I go to return anything they make a big fuss like its gold Im returning.

The quality of the meat is not questionable, however, the service that I have received was horrible and unacceptable.

The butcher didn't welcome me and didn't even give his attention to me to take my order. He just kept working. After 15 minutes, I came back to get my meat and guess what? He didn’t get my order right and even though I told him that he got it wrong, he just said “ You ordered that way.” This was it and he didn’t attemp to do anythingelse.

His arrogance and lack of respect towards customers must be addressed. He costs your establishment much more than his compensation.

This is not the customer service that anyone would want and I will never shop...

This is a Turkish shop and you get grocery items along with fresh meat(chicken, lamb, beef, turkey and sometimes fish). Butchers cut the meat as per your requirement. Store is always clean and items are fresh. They also have a fresh Olive bar section and you can pick and choose different varieties. There is a condiment section serving Turkish sweets like baklava, kabak, almond and pista candies etc. I have never had any complaints with the meat and it tastes good as well. Appreciate if the manager calls the customers back when they ask for something and leave their number. There is an expectation that they will be notified.

It is always fresh, you can ask to cut it as needed or make mince from the selected piece, they will do everything as you like and as you want. There is also a bakery , there are desserts, cakes, bread. You can buy freshly ground coffee and also drink it inexpensively. There is a vegetables and fruits , dried fruits, nuts. A wide variety of goods . There are household chemicals from Turkey. Mostly Turkish goods here. There is its own parking

Butcher always gives you old or tough meat. If you want fresh meat, he'll send you by the rebuff. It doesn't matter whether you are Turkish or not. Especially if you have an easy image. If you have a little time for the good prices/quality in the grocery section, Istanbul Food Bazar is the address you should go to for more economical, alternative, and fresh shopping. I recommend that you pay attention to the use date of the products you buy and ask for your receipt.
