Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Pasadena

The sun was shining on this beautiful Thursday afternoon. Birds were singing and all was right in the world. My team and I longed for a crisp sandwich full of delicious poultry to nourish us for our ongoing quest. Our mouths watered as we waited in line. As I ordered from the counter and as God as my witness I ordered my delicious sandwich with NO PICKLES. But to my dismay, there I sat with the taste of vinegar on my lips hurt and disappointed. A simpleton might say, "just take the pickle off" but the damage was already done because the juice from the chemically altered cucumber had already soaked into the bread that once held all of my hopes and dreams. This experience was life changing and has left me questioning the meaning of life. What have I done? Who is there left to trust when a company follows directions from God but disregards the orders and directions of God's children? Did Epstien really kill himself? Where is D B Cooper? Did Courntey kill Cobain? Why did the man behind the counter smile and say "My pleasure" knowing he was going to desicrate my sandwhich and ultimatley break my heart? This tragedy has undone 2 weeks of Lexapro and has reaffirmed my trust issues and is the reason I will most likely die alone... With so many questions and emotions one thing remains the same. I hate pickles... As a God fearing man myself, I forgive you. But I'll never forget what was done this day...

Other than that everything was amazing and we had a wonderful time and can't wait...

I normally love Chick Fil A at this location. I've been going there for a couple of years now. Recelty the customer service has gone drastically downhill, that and the wait times. Especially in the evening. Some of the teenagers, especially the girls, are incredibly nasty in their tone and demeanor towards customers. The last few times I've gone in and wanted to use rewards it had been an uphill battle. Promotions are not honored, they play dumb. "I haven't heard about that. Or you are mistaken". I have no idea why a worker could be genuinely so bothered by a customer wanting to use a reward and do two orders. It's gotten to the point that the Fairmont location is where I go now. It's just not worth going to this location and putting up with McDonald's or Jack in the Box customer service. At least there you already know the workers hate their job and you, it's expected. This CFA doesn't even feel like it's part of the chain because the service is lacking so badly. It's like it's a cousin, twice removed from the brand or the rejected orphan. It's like anyone with a pulse is getting hired to work the evenings, regardless of customer service abolities. The owner runs both Fairmont and Spencer, so I'm not sure why this store is lacking so much. Either way, something should be done to bring the standard back up to what it used to be. I hate driving to the other location, but it's worth it to have the full...

Don't waste your time or spend your money at this location because you will regret it! This location is horrible and let's not even mention the long wait for my curbside order to only get the wrong order. The manager on duty was unprofessional and unwilling to make things right. I placed my curbside order on my way home from a long day at work then had to wait forever to get my order but halfway home I checked my order at the traffic light to only realize they gave me someone else's curbside order. I pulled over called the manager on duty and she asked me to keep the order due to Covid. Please come back so they could correct it and make it right. So, here I go again mind you I live about 15 minutes away and with the cost of gas...are you for real? So, I turned around wait a while again in this long curbside line to get my order and the manager sends someone else out to tell me, sorry we will still be charging you for your meal but here's the correct order! The manager advised me that she already had to correct the other customer's order and she will not credit my credit card but here's your correct order about an hour later...I told her to take it back and credit my credit card. If you like wasting your time, cold food and unprofessional management then this is your place to spend your hard...
