This pharmacy needs new management AND EMPLOYEES. i had my daughters medicine sent here due to my regular pharmacy being closed. i had to rush her to urgent care last night pretty late so i had no other choice because this location was the only one that was near by and 24 hours. we left urgent care at about 715 pm and went straight to Walgreens. Im aware that prescriptions take time to fill and that Im also not the only person in the world that needs medicine . i was prepared to wait , what i wasn't prepared for was for the pharmacy tech getting the prescription wrong and only giving me 1 out of 4 medications. then having to to go back to the window and inquire about the other medicine all for her to tell me that's the only thing the doctor sent which i knew had to be wrong. i was on the phone with the nurse from the office so she confirmed the doctor indeed sent 4 medications and a order for a nebulizer while i was at the window. I continue to talk to the pharmacy technician and inform her that he sent multiple all for her to admit that she is behind on orders so it would be another 30 minutes to fill it and that she would send me a alert when its ready. mind you i have my sick child in the car with my other 2 children. this was at 0850, i proceed to wait at the store and be mindful of the time. No alerts came to my phone at all i went back to the window at 930 pm. the medicine was ready but they didn't accept apple pay at the back drive thru and she had already closed the gate to the pharmacy where the machine was located and i didn't have any of my cards on me due to me leaving my house in a rush. i had to drive all the way back home to get my cards and come back. all for them to do to give me the bag of medicine without any syringes but a small cup to administer the liquid instead. and let me not forget the nebulizer is on back order until Monday! i didn't get home until after 10, almost 2 and a half hours of mishaps. no consideration or empathy for people. i was treated with great disgust and Im highly disappointed at the team at Walgreens pharmacy. i wouldn't...
Read moreIf I can give this pharmacy no stars I would. The wait is unacceptable, whether in line inside or in line outside. They cannot find your medication. They have no filing system that will lessen your wait time. You can see all of their medication in such a disarray on the floor. They can never find what they are looking for! We have been in line for over an hour , same nine cars behind me and the clerk is on the floor, looking through every bin. You see clerks not doing anything with no line on the inside. We come through the drive through because we are too sick… out of the hospital or COVID patients trying not to get others sick . No one is in a good mood when they are sick… your employees should want to expedite the wait time. No customer should be at the window over ten minutes. It’s hi, get a name pick up or drop off? Verify info and come back in 2 hours. Or name, go to correct bin, it should be there already. But we are watching medication bags as they are ready being thrown down to a disorganized pile of medication that people think are ready for pick up and in reality we have to wait an hour in line! The convenience of 24 hours near me is why we come, never again! It’s DeerPark or Edgebrook from now on! We not only waste gas because to have the windows open is too humid for my copd but we turned the car off for a little and it got so stuffy I couldn’t breathe and I’m still waiting on my freakin inhaler! Corporate office look into this location and retrain mgmt and replace...
Read moreI am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at your store located at Spencer Hwy, Pasadena, TX on 10/14/25, around 9:03pm. I visited the store to purchase cough medicine, which was located in a locked cabinet. I pressed the assistance button and waited over 10 minutes, during which no one came to help. I rang the bell multiple times—more than ten—and still received no response. Through the glass, I saw a store employee who appeared to notice me but continued walking while looking at his phone. Eventually, I walked to the front register to ask for help. The same employee approached me slowly and stated that the store was very busy. However, I observed very few customers in the store at the time, making this explanation seem dismissive. After finally receiving the medicine, I asked the cashier to speak with the store manager. Ms. Linnie came over and asked, “What do you need, ma’am?” I explained the situation and expressed my frustration with the long wait and lack of assistance. She responded by saying she hadn’t heard the bell at all, which I found unprofessional and dishonest given how many times I rang it. This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I felt ignored, dismissed, and disrespected. I will not be returning to this store, and I hope you take this complaint seriously to improve your customer service standards. Thank you for your attention to this...
