My partner and booked an appointment at the Pasadena showroom to get an idea of what the rings were like in real life. I highly recommend seeing the rings in person because it made us realize some of the ring designs online were different than what we expected based on the pictures. If you book your appointment at least 2 weeks in advance, and list out the names of rings or gems you want to see, the team can potentially get those designs/gems shipped to their showroom if they don't already carry them.

If you're looking for a Brilliant Earth showroom, go to the Pasadena location. Make the drive even if another showroom location is closer to you. Parking is a lot easier to find. There are many paid parking garages within walking distance of Brilliant Earth. I think we paid less than $3 for parking after spending maybe an hour and a half in the area. There's also a Salt & Straw very nearby if you wanted to get a treat after (we sure did). Old Town Pasadena is a breath of fresh air - but most importantly, our experience at this showroom with Lilian was phenomenal.

We went into the appointment not knowing much about diamonds -- all the classifications were very confusing to us. Lilian took the time to very clearly explain what it all meant and what our eyes could or could not see on based on how each category was graded. We came out of that appointment more educated than when we went in. Lilian was never pushy. She listened very carefully to what we were looking for, and made great suggestions based on our preferences and budget. She's extremely knowledgeable on the Brilliant Earth process and care for jewelry after purchase. Even after our appointment, she answered our questions by email. She kept us aware and informed, and made us feel at ease. When we went back for a 2nd appointment, we requested to meet with Lilian again because of our exceptional experience with her the first time. We knew she'd take care of us. My fiance and I recently visited the Brilliant Earth location in Pasadena to pick out our wedding bands. We first visited in May and it was our first time looking at bands together in person, so naturally we were a bit overwhelmed with so many options. Omar was awesome to work with and took the time to show us some of the more popular styles of wedding bands, letting us try on as many as we wanted and educating us on some of the subtle differences between each style. We left that day with a better idea of what we wanted, but were still not 100% sure. Omar recommended that we check out their website and if any bands catch our eye that we weren't able to see that day, to just let him know so he could request that they get shipped in from the warehouse so we could check it out in person.

We went back this past weekend, having narrowed down our choices and also having sent Omar a list of all the specific rings that we wanted to see, and surely enough he had them all ready to go for us to look at by the time we met with him. We finalized our decisions with Omar that day and are even more excited to tie the knot now that we have our bands picked out.

What we liked the most about working with Omar was that he was clearly very knowledgeable about the product, but also never once seemed "salesy" or too pushy, something that we appreciated tremendously. He was prompt with his follow-up and communication but never once made us feel pressured into buying something. We felt super comfortable working with him because he made it clear that he wanted to work with us to really help us find what we really wanted, rather than just treating us as a transaction.
