We purchased the Paloma sectional and so far the only pro is that it arrived on time. The sectional arrived infested with Carpet Beetles and we had to treat it professionally to remove them. Imagine that, a brand new $18k sofa infested with bugs. Second, it is extremely uncomfortable. We purchased the 90/10 feather option for “sink in old world feel” but it’s none of that. Customer service is a waste of time and unhelpful. They promised to reach out about the issues but nothing. It’s clear they don’t care and can’t be bothered.
We have another sofa from Maker & Son which is far more comfortable. They are not good on timeliness but at least in the end you have a comfortable sofa. Stay away...

Also, a lot of the furniture is re-purposed from other lives. You might see a table that was once a door. The products are 'sustainable like that'.
