If I could give this place a ZERO! I would!!!! This place is a HELL HOLE!!! They have no compassion for the elderly and I’m willing to bet they abuse them! We placed my great grandmother in their care, my GREAT grandmother!! She’s 90!!! They did show her any care whatsoever! We went to visit her on Friday, we found her ON THE FLOOR! CRYING! NAKED! In only a diaper!!! We immediately called for help! And asked them to call 911. When asked what had happened, how did she end up on the floor?! They had no answer! They don’t even know how long she was left that way! they didn’t remember who or when she was last check on! THEY KNEW NOTHING!!! But those beds have railings on them, so I doubt that my dear old sick and fragile great grandmother was able to do that on her own… which makes me outraged beyond words. Luckily she didn’t break any bones but she has a hugeeee bruise on the side of her head!!! So disgustingly rude and unprofessional. We have filed a complaint, placed a police report, & are now seeking legal action. This place needs to be SHUT THE EFF DOWN! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR...

Mother had 2 falls from bed. GEM said she had to leave early because rehab was not fast enough per Medicare regulation. How can you rehab when you fall. They did not fill out Medicare wavier saying she fell hence could not meet Medicare rehab schedule. Admissions was black (but did now allow time to read lawsuit vs 3rd party neogations agreement instead of malpractice case so she said put down refuse to sign hence was made bad guy) and 2nd shift sitter. At Huntington she was fine and talking and moving but after transfer little talk now none she threwup and should have been sent back the ER but they kept her and could not do rehab during 1st 2 days and this was taken off her 20 days...

If I could give this place zero stars I would! This place is horrible! 3 Patients have passed in the last 2-3 months. Any complaints given to RN Or any other on top of RN Don’t do anything They run out of diapers and restock till family member complains! No soap to shower them restrooms contain no paper towels for their employees or residents guest. They want to be on top of infection control but if you go to the back area of the facility they have dirty linens bags on the grown bags of trash a complete mess. Last but not least big roaches in the their rooms. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVE...
