I love how they have expanded the cake supply area of the store. I’ve been to the store a few times for supplies but lately I’ve noticed that the staff there doesn’t even acknowledge you when you walk through the door, while looking around etc. it’s almost like I was invisible. The only person that acknowledged me was a gentleman with a long goatee. He was extremely nice and is the only reason why I would go back because he was so helpful. In my opinion the owner should speak to his team to at least say hello to their customers or ask if they Need help, especially since the aisle's are not labeled.

Amazon is normally my go to but I also would like to continue to support this small business. Make people feel welcomed for spending their money on your establishment and maybe you will continue to be even more successful than what you...

It was raining, and I bought $100 worth of cardboard boxes and I asked the lady for a big bag. I said even a trash bag would work just so the rain didn't get on them. She said she didn't have a trash bag. An obvious lie with all their trash cans sitting around. I wound have paid a $1 for a trash bag for my purchase not to get rained on. Or even brought the bag back after I had the stuff in my car. It was raining, and I was spending a lot of money, and the woman at the cashier lied and wouldn't help me. I've done so much more for my customers, and just the fact that she lied and wouldn't help at all was sad. I already only use this place as a last resort because it is behind the times for cake supplies. But now I'll be sure to avoid going here...

I walked in looking for a specific item and had a "personal assistant" if you will. This one lady followed me around the store. Literally followed me through the entire store and when I asked for help she ignored me. I even asked in spanish assuming it was a language barrier. But I asked why she was.following me and she answered that. She said it was to ensure I would t shoplift. Mind you I had no purse just keys and phone in hand.
