Dr. Sahara changed my life. I know that sounds very cliché to say but it's the truth. I first went to see Darrick because I had tennis elbow which was affecting my golf game and my ability to do my job effectively. I was very skeptical going in but I figured at least it's natural...if it doesn't work out I'll explore other options. I followed his program to a T. The first week was very tough for me. The second, got a little easier and by the 3rd I felt significant changes in my body. After a couple of treatments and a few sessions in the hyperbaric chamber my tennis elbow was almost healed by month 2 on the program. It was completely gone by month 3! What I didn't expect to happen... was that he was able to relieve me from severe hip pain I had been living with for 2-3 years and thought I'd have for for the rest of my life due to old skating injuries (from when I was an competitive figure skater). After these healed I believed wholeheartedly in what he does. I have continued to stay on his program and I go see him every now and again just for "tune ups" when I feel my body is getting out of whack. I will continue to stay on this "wellness program", as he calls it, because it gets your body running at its optimal performance which really does make life so much more enjoyable! Not only was he able to heal my injuries, and get get me off pain meds and booze (I still enjoy drinks occasionally for fun, but not to manage pain any longer!), but I also gained: the ability to workout again, better and stable energy throughout each and every day, and my happiness back. His program has also helped me to become so much more clear headed, motivated, and focused throughout my daily life. I feel 10 years younger and I'm back to being in tune with my body, something I hadn't been since my competitive days. He also helped me get rid of my anxiety and I'm now able to deal with stress better than before. I never could have guessed that what he does could have such a profound influence on so many areas of my life, especially since I only went to see him for tennis elbow. I'm thankful to have met and been treated by Dr. Sahara and I will continue to see him from time to time to keep this engine running at its peak performance! I have struggled with having spinal issues. Diagnosed with multiple bulging discs, degenerative disc disease (lost an inch of height due to my spine shortening) and spondylosthesis. Needless to say, I have pain daily and have gotten use to it. I also have discoloration on my jawline from mask acne, which caused painful systic acne during Covid having to always the mask which caused scarring therefore resulting in discoloration. I hate it. My first time receiving treatment using red light therapy and the hyperbaric chamber therapy. I slept through both of them and was so relaxed when each of the treatments were completed. I slept incredible for the first time in forever. I thought there’s no way this feeling will be the same in the morning…. I was completely wrong!!!! My back feels a ton better. My face looks better! He’s so humble given the wealth of information he possesses and I am so grateful to have met him and to have the opportunity to get REAL treatment with lasting results and not just bandaid job....

I've been a patient of Dr. Darrick Sahara for over 20 years! I honestly don't know where I would be with him. I was diagnosed with Lupus at the age of 16 and was struggling to find the best treatments for me. My MDs was always prescribing all these medications that made me even more sick, tired, and lead to other health issues.
