Subject: Unprofessional Conduct and Inadequate Service Remark
Dear Hilda Okereke,
I hope this message finds you well. Despite my genuine attempts to maintain a conservative tone, I find myself forcibly nudged towards candor due to the appalling level of service I have experienced in my dealings with you.
During our last phone conference, I found occasion to delve into detail regarding a critical concern, rendering clarity over a particular instance in which I was grossly ticketed. You, being the responsible party, assured me that you would look into the matter and revert in due course. However, much to my disappointment and increasing annoyance, you have not only failed to reach back out as warranted but concurrently managed to ignore all my calls thereafter.
This blatant negligence and lack of responsiveness, I must say, are not commendable traits for a proficient professional. It galls me to observe such indifference and carelessness towards a client's situations and distress, as has been exhibited by you. There is a distinct lack of follow-ups on your end, and this, I must say, manifests a dismal picture of your credibility.
It's absolutely reprehensible that you have chosen to disregard my queries instead of addressing them with the seriousness and urgency they rightfully merit. Such behavior is unequivocally unprofessional and lays the groundwork for a potentially toxic business relationship.
The quality of service receiver from your, or lack thereof, is nothing short of horrible and leaves a lot to be desired. There seems to be a patent deviation from the trajectory of responsibility, attention, and detail that should underscore your job role. The level of blatant dereliction of duty displayed on your part is staggering and shines a harsh light on your aptitude for this role.
Your unprofessional behavior greatly hinders any possibility of moving forward constructively, and your determined negligence may well influence my future decisions and potential interactions. It's incredibly frustrating, not to mention disrespectful, that you would opt to follow a path that entirely disregards both professional ethics and common courtesy.
I sincerely hope that this concern does not fall on deaf ears and that immediate corrective measures will be instigated from your end to rectify the situation. I am confident that we can work towards an amicable resolution if both sides show a certain level of respect and professionalism.
Kindly consider this email as a formal admonition and a call to action for improving customer service. I look forward to a swift rectification paving the way for renewed cooperation in the future.

Read moreIf you're reading this review, maybe you're considering Pasadena City Hall for an engagement or pre-wedding photoshoot. Well, you're looking at a great spot! Its stunning architecture provides a timeless and elegant backdrop for any shoot.
As a wedding photographer and videographer, I've had the privilege of coming here many times to capture beautiful moments. My wife and I are a husband-and-wife team, and when we got married, we actually did our engagement shoot here, too!
One couple we worked with had their first look here in the morning on their wedding day, and there were plenty of private areas to exchange their private vows. Other times, we've come here for pre-wedding/engagement shoots, and every time, we find creative ways to utilize the variety of areas here -- there are so many options!
One thing that stands out is the garden and fountain in the center, surrounded by majestic pillars. The steps are also wide and long, which makes for some intimate yet grand drone footage (for both photo and video).
Parking is very easy to find, just outside the venue. On some days, there might be multiple shoots happening, but it hasn't been an issue for us before to avoid any groups of people.
Clearly, we love this venue, as we've gotten our own photoshoot done here for our wedding, but even from a professional photographer/videographer's perspective, you can't go wrong with having your shoot here!...
Read moreIt was still intermittently raining and sprinkling when I got there and spent an hour in and out of the arches and the courtyard. Merry Christmas, everyone. The Christmas tree 🎄 was definitely a nice addition for the holiday season, otherwise, it would have been quite a boring beige monotone architecture on a rainy/overcast day.
However, the architecture is the very reason why we visit here anyway. If you look at all the details on the facade as well as the ceiling in the arch, you’d know it is worth your time to pay attention to those and appreciate what went into it. Such symmetrical and geometrical shapes that it holds is just pleasing to the eye.
The courtyard itself is pretty but also every corner is worth every second you take photos here. Selfies or family photos, or even wedding and engagement photos. While here, I saw a couple taking a pre-wedding bride and groom session. Very nice to photograph anyone. Highly recommend this place if you haven’t been here.
There’s parking in front and behind and all around the block with the pay dispenser. They charge $1.25 per hour. Worth...
