Starbucks — Restaurant in Pasadena

I have always enjoyed the combination of Barnes & Noble and Starbucks. To me, they seem like a perfect match. During my recent visit, I was disappointed by the behavior of the two ladies working behind the counter. Although I requested my usual Tall Blonde coffee, which should be available in the morning, I was told that there was no coffee available. Meaning NO coffee at all. The lady informed me that the machine was broken in a very unenthusiastic manner. I requested a pour-over, which is ground blond roasted coffee with hot water poured over it to extract the elixir. The ladies seemed confused and uncomfortable with my request, yet eventually extracted the black hot god's elixir. However, when I tried to pay with my Starbucks card, I was informed that it was not accepted. The unclean and disorganized state of the establishment left me wondering why such a busy place was so poorly managed....

They have very friendly and attentive staff that project that they genuinely like what they do. They are quite accurate making orders, but when they made one hot instead of iced, they immediately fixed it without further delay. The coffee is good and consistently mixed every...

Normally love Sonic. Did online order. They bumped my order so it would not show late. Thus I could not use app for pickup as you are supposed to be able. Very dissatisfied. If the employees are not going to use app right it is useless...
