8/1/25 at 7:56pm This was my first time visiting, super cute environment, and it smelled amazing when we walked in. Unfortunately, the experience was soured by the girl at the checkout. She didn’t smile, didn’t greet us. just completely flat and unwelcoming. It was just me and my toddler.

What really upset me was how she treated my 19-month-old. My daughter was on my hip smiling and waving at her multiple times, saying hi, and she just stared at her without even acknowledging her. I can understand if someone doesn’t feel like being friendly with adults, but ignoring a sweet toddler who’s clearly trying to engage? I was on the verge of walking out due to how uncomfortable and unwelcome she made me feel.

The overall experience was ruined by that one interaction. I was really looking forward to trying this place, and I hope the drink is good, but honestly, I’m not sure I’ll be back. I shouldn’t read the reviews, seems like this isn’t the first time this girl treats customers poorly.

Bad customer service leaves a lasting impression. This really should be addressed or move her to the back where there is no customer...

I decided to visit this little boba shop today because I was in the area.I had such a terrible experience with one of the employees. I've never experienced such terrible customer service. I believe the employee was in a very bad mood. She gave me so much attitude. She was very disrespectful. She was not wearing a name tag, so I am not able to include her name in this review. She had a nose piercing. That's the only way I can describe who she was. I hate writing reviews like this, but something needs to change if they want people to have a nice experience. What a gruesome experience!! I honestly felt bad for the other people that were working hard at the shop. I am very saddened by that. I wonder if she has the same attitude towards her fellow coworkers. I hope this review is well looked at. I'm hoping to enjoy some lovely drinks when I return. I will give it a second chance, but for now I rate this as a 2 star⭐️ . Hopefully, I will experience something much...

Finally tried this boba spot near my school. Huge selection of milk teas and smoothies. Plenty of toppings including milk foam which I get on every drink. The hazelnut milk tea with egg pudding and crystal boba was made in 5 mins and the mixed macarons I got were so delicious and paired well with my bubble drink. I will be back often.

There are even spots to study! I like this place
