Jason Hogue American Family Insurance — Local services in Pasco

Jason's a good guy and all. But one particular receptionist staff has been terrible whenever we call. I've gotten yelled at for asking questions, and for asking to speak to my insurance agent, who is Jason. I've gotten threatened and hung up on by her as well.

Rates keep going up the longer we're with American Family. Reading on the website, there are very many discounts that we already are supposed to be "getting" that each say up to 25%. Loyalty... multi car.. bundling home and auto.. But their rates just keep going up and up. We hardly drive, but are paying hundreds of dollars a month.

Not to mention the last two times I've had issues with my car, (full coverage) American Family explained that if they were to "fight for me" like an insurance company is supposed to do, I would be financially penalized in whatever I get as reparations. I had to fight the other persons insurance company myself. The way their deductibles work are sketchy and useless.

Besides just being an all around great person - Jason Hogue is amazing to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about all facets of the insurance world. He gives great advice to his business customers and is always looking out for his clients to provide the protection needed based on your specific situation. I love this place!! Great experience, not only I got a great deal in my policy (3 cars) but the attention and professionalism that I received was incredible.
