GenX Clothing — Local services in Pasco

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I tried to submit this review with no stars but I was not able to so they get one undeserved star. I needed to get a logo put on a t-shirt for work. I brought in a previous product that they had made and asked for an additional shirt. I was told that they were busy and to come back in an hour. I was the only person in the store. I asked if I could just leave the first shirt that they made so they could have an example to make another copy and they said no and that I needed to come back later because the guy who makes the shirts was busy stocking shelves in the back... I drove 30 minutes for this guy to say come back later. When I did come back the same useless employee was there and asked what I wanted. I explained it to him and gave him the new shirt and the example shirt.Without saying anything he went over to a computer and started typing. After 10 minutes of silence he looked up at me and asked if I needed something. I told him that I was waiting for a receipt or invoice. He then wrote a number down on a piece of paper and said that I should go find something to do because it was going to take a while. I asked when I should come back and he said he didn't know but that it would be later. I've worked in customer service for several years and this is by far the worst employee I've ever come across in any profession. He's easily recognizable. He has badly formed dreads and a nose ring. Worst customer service in town, i walked in to the store for the first time to get some stuff done on a t-shirt, only to hear the hipi looking guy with dread locs in the shirt printing department disrespecting 3 ladies and refusing to do what the customer wanted after they had already paid for the service. After asking for the manager the guy pretended to be the manager and continued to disrespect the weman and making the little girl that was with them cry. Needless to say the cops got called!!!!!!!! We showed up at the store at 8:50 pm doing some birthday shopping looking to spend about $300 at this store because it's my wife's favorite storeabs she's so hard to shop for and we're getting your of the truck and the lady looks right at us abs locks the doors and turns off the lights and walks away care free.
