Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life I ordered two coffees that turned out to be tasting like mint chocolate chip coffees that we’re supposed to be Irish cream and I asked for them to be remade or to have my money refunded, and the lady refused to remake our drinks or refund our money. I will never be going back to this place again I’ve been coming here for a very long time and the lady there short Hispanic women is very rude and you would think that if you wanted people to come back, you would provide a good quality service for paying customers that invest in your store, I would suggest somebody retrain her because she has poor people skills and poor coffee making skills and seems to appear to hate her job and the people that come to her place of business she makes it an unfriendly environment for anybody to want to come back to. Unfriendly and unprofessional employee. This was my first and last time going there. I went through the drive through and ordered my 24oz drink. I thought it was weird he didn't ask if I wanted iced or hot but I did not notice until I moved forward to the second window…..

When I got to the window my drink was made iced. It's cold outside. I asked him if he can make it hot please. He said why didn't you say that in the first place?! I didn't want to make a big deal about it to avoid confrontation. I gave him the money, he didn't say anything and closed the window. He came back with lukewarm 16oz. | ordered a 24oz. Still charged me for the 24oz. I knew, shook my head, and said thanks. He didn't say anything and closed the window. Just needed to get out of that...

Just left here. It use to be a poppin place.. this “was” the place to go for coffee.. if YOU DONT KNOW WHAT IT is I’m asking for .. (take it I’ve been goin here for well over 15yrs).. then ask me n I’d gladly tell you how. I rather you ask me then charge me for a drink that I end up throwing away.. probably why you charged me before I was able to take a drink… over the past 10yrs this place has gone down hill. I asked for an iced CHAPMAN even ask you if you knew what it was n you said its coffee? N closed the window. When I took a drink I realized u made me an iced mocha. Not the Same!
