Honestly i dont even want to rate the reviews... but i dont want people who would have to deal with my case. I recently got my hair done this monday and one of the lady cause total damage to my hair that my hair was damage before and never ever told me anything that what has told me and she cannot to do any refunds because she is professional hair stylist using expensive products... seriously if she is a professional stylist why in the world can she damage my hair and even people do make mistake but this is huge mistake and also made me in tears and broken heart inside and outside and im visiting my family out of town in few days soon and i do not recommend to get a hair style or dye from bonnie... she even paused when she was talking with my boyfriend and throwing toned up words with us. Honestly i trusted her to do my hair but she is needs to learn how to be polite to her client and honestly NONE OF "professional" hair stylist burn off your long hair into shredded cheese even if there was little damage to hair because she is total lier about how my whole entire was damage. I took so good care of my hair and i already knew that i had tips of damage on my hair but not the whole hair. It was total embarrassment to walk out of my house doors. I trusted them to get my hair done because it have alot of reviews and good ratings but honestly very huge disappointment i dont recommend this place. Even the manager couldnt anything to help...

Illusions salon is top notch this salon has so much to offer I would recommend this salon to everyone.illusions is full of some of the best cosmetologist you could ever find every person in that salon provided me with such comfort and reassurance you leave feeling absolutely amazing rather it's from tanning in the three different kinds of tanning beds which includes three high pressure beds and four or five regular beds always hot bulbs and has given me such a rich dark beautiful tan on top of that Illusions has always been very clean that means a ton to most people.I also have to Bragg on the body melts this salon has available I started doing body melts at Illusions twice a week for probably a good month and lost 20 pounds these wraps are so relaxing and also in one session I was burning up to 1400 calories not to mention it has infared lights that help with cellulite and break down the fatty tissue I highly recommend these wraps for anyone it's very great way to detoxify as well.anyone who reads this please please you HV got to go try one you won't be disappointed.for sure a five star salon.illusions is the best...

Amazing Experience with Courtney!

I had an incredible experience with Courtney! She was so nice and gentle from start to finish, making me feel comfortable the entire time. From washing my hair with care to showing off her impressive cutting techniques, she worked with such precision and professionalism. I showed her a picture of the style I wanted, and she made it happen perfectly!

The salon itself is spacious and very clean, which made my visit even more enjoyable. This was my first salon experience in the U.S. since moving from the Philippines, and Courtney made it so much better than I expected.
