Taqueria El Sazon - Pasco — Restaurant in Pasco

In the world of Mexican restaurants, there are a plethora of different ways that Mexican foods can be found. At El Sazon, not only was the food unbelievably wonderful, but they also provided an authentic level of Mexican cuisine. For example, depending on the item, cactus is available. Want beef head instead of chicken in your burrito, no problem, it's available. How about spicy pork or tongue...yes you can get either of these as well. And although I didn't try the tongue at El Sazon, I've had it before and properly prepared it's quite tasty. The sizeable Chipotle burrito was great and the pic shows what was left. If soup is on your mind, they had menudo, pozole, and one more. Placing the order was simple, food was brought out quickly, and the staff were pleasant, helpful, and friendly. El Sazon definitely is on my short list of Mexican restaurants...

Ive been to this restaurant many times since they opened. It used to be my favorite place in town to grab a quick bite for lunch. I went in about a week ago because I was craving something mexican and I didnt want to pay much so I thought it would be a good place to eat. Well I was completely wrong! I absolutely hated it, the food tasted horrible I didnt even finish it. Not to mention their rude service. When I walked in I noticed that the floor was wet and there was no wet floor sign anywhere in sight and The girl up front did absolutely nothing to clean it up. As i was walking out i slipped, luckily I didnt fall. Im 5 months pregnant, do they not understand that I could have sued them for all they have if I had fallen? Not to mention the damage it could have caused my pregnancy? Overall I absolutely hated my experiance there, I will never be going...

Food was cold when received the breakfast plate. My biggest complain was the customer service. I asked for plain tacos de asada for my son and they gave me tacos with what looks like chile de arbol in it and onions and green garnishes. I went back to ask for the plain tacos but the main lady in charge was very rude saying thats how the tacos are they cant make it plain but also that the taco is plain and they don't put anything in it like onions or chile. I clearly showed her the tacos and she still faught me the whole time while I was just trying to have the tacos I ordered and paid for. There were alot of flies in the restaurant that made it gross to eat the food as well. We ended up spending 80$ on food that we just left on the table. Don’t recommend...
