My experience at this school - (idk how they have the rating they do with the staff they have at this location)

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I registered the last week of August to start class in September. There was so many red flags but I still tried to deal with the school and it’s staffing until today. I cancelled and requested my refund for the EKG program.

I was never emailed any schedule for the course. I spoke to Ariana yesterday on three different occasions (via phone). We spoke about the EKG program, scheduling and me not being on the list for the course even tho I paid and filled out my forms for the program the last week of August.

Today 09/10/24 I came in at 430pm for the 5pm EKG course, just to be told the class was cancelled and does not start until the following week. I traveled over 30 mins to get to this school, waste my time & money to deal with unpleasant unprofessional staff. There was no accountability from Ariana. The female that registered me(idk her name) told me they have been contacting people all morning but yet I was sitting there and was never contacted(maybe because I was never on the list in the first place). I expressed to the staff how my issue is the communication being horrible ever since I registered and how I was thinking of canceling due to everything at that point. Ariana felt the need to jump into the conversation and instead of taking accountability she blamed the director and was extremely rude. Which is why I proceed to get a refund and is why I’m writing this review.

Once I asked for my refund, I had to deal with Ariana directly and she wasn’t able to look me in my face. She refused to give me a receipt of the refund and the way how she went about doing the refund came off sketchy.

With all this being said DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL unless you like your time & money to be wasted.

to the school owner you need to get rid of the staff members, they are not representing your brand properly at all and you will continue to lose...

Dr. Farah Meza was a very good professor, very gentle and empathetic with the students, she always understand the needs, strengths and weaknesses of each student. She was comprehensive with the lab performances and with the tests. She is the BEST. Then, the secretary Melissa is very kind and gentle, she is always making you feel like a friend, since you come to this place she will always greet you. She can be a great friend too, someone you can count on. Then, the director, Dr. was very gentle too, he will explain you about what is the class about, your opportunities after finishing classes, so he will clarify all your doubts and questions. Very nice and comfortable place, you will be friend with everybody there because they are respectful and you are gonna get fun because classes are funny and silly sometimes in a good way, that is very important in order to attract students to pay attention to you. I studied in this institute to become a certified nursing assistant and I can tell you with every honesty that this place is the right place to be. Forget about the noise in the streets and the distractions "outside" the classroom. Once you get inside the class/building, it's cool and quiet and the instructors, owner, staffs, are really professional and kind and helpful. I'm a certified nursing assistant now and I've been working since March 23 2015 right after I got my certificate on March 18 2015. They teach you well. Just listen, ask questions, learn, study and choose your friends and not people choosing you. You are here to learn and better yourself, do that. If you for any reason, failed in this school, then, you are stupider than "Peter Griffin"...
