I would’ve gave them zero stars if it was possible...

Went today on my regular clothes coming straight out of work looking for some black and yellow sneaker and outfit for a party, as soon as they saw how I was dressed they started acting weird and when I walk into the clothing area and once I step into the hallway one of the employees yell at another employee to come after me and the started asking me what I was looking for, so I told him and he started rushing and never moved from my side.

Couldn’t find clothes that matched my expectations, so I head back to the sneakers and I noticed that the guy was getting mad that he was the one they send to look after me, so I told him that I liked some Nike Air Max Speed Turf’s black and yellow that they had for $140 and he tells me that they had every size, so I said great let me go to see if I find any clothes to match in another store and I’ll be back for them cause if I couldn’t find something to wear it was pointless to buy them so he tells me “$130 and they are yours now” I told him fine but I need to find an outfit first and at that moment he ask me for my size and the shoe they had to show was my size and he start rushing to make a sell telling me to try them, I finally agree to try them just to get that mf off from me and told him to get them and that I was coming back cause my wife had my card... I NEVER WENT BACK, WENT TO ANOTHER STORE AT DOWNTOWN AND EVEN THAT COULDN’T FIND AN OUTFIT TO MATCH I STILL BOUGHT THE SAME SNEAKERS IN ANOTHER STORE FOR A HIGHER PRICE CAUSE I REALLY LIKED THE SHOE. IT WASN’T ABOUT THE PRICE OR THE OUTFIT, THE PROBLEM WAS THEIR SERVICE.. The manager Hasan was so helpful and made the shopping experience amazing. This added an extra level of confidence to my shopping experience and made me feel like I was getting the best possible product.

I am absolutely in love with shopping at this store. The sales people are awesome. They are friendly, respectful, helpful and very attentive to your wants and needs. My personal favorite person is Hassan. Hassan makes sure I leave happy and satisfied all the time. And if there’s something I want in a certain size and don’t have it. He will go that extra mile to satisfy me (his customer) I have my whole family shopping there. I literally live three minutes from the mall , driving distance.
