The food wasn’t horrible but it might as well be with their customer service. Absolutely awful. Extremely rude staff they act like a customer isn’t right there infront of them. The white girl at the register was making out with her boyfriend right infront of me while trying to order, I knew I should’ve left right there and then. I order a buffalo chicken sandwhich and I get treated with a single chicken tender covered in buffalo sauce on a 12 inch sandwhich. looks like everything was literally thrown into a piece of bread. I sat down at 5:20 looking at their hours they close at 6, so I politely ask the dark skin girl if It’s still available to sit down knowing I could, seeing there was customers still sitting down. Never order from this place again. Food is extremely cold and disgusting. My wife order from this place and it took them almost 2 hours to deliver. When the food finally arrive, it was cold and we were missing two orders. My wife immediately call the place back to ask to speak to the manager and was told he step out for a second. However, she the person that answer the phone start talking in Spanish to her manager about our order not knowing that my wife is hispanic and speaks and understand Spanish. I went recently and all seemed to be fine. Until I noticed someone vaping only to find out it was an employee. Later on they got our order mixed up, which is fine it happens. We ordered buffalo wings and they brought barbecue. When they went to go fix it they bought the wings back and at first glance they looked a little dark. When we tasted them it was obvious that they just coated the buffalo sauce on top of the wings that they had already made. Im not expecting the world here but the very least some decent service.
