Terrible. I put a Xbox One X( battlefront game included) on Lawaway. I was Okay with the price at 250$ I spent 3 months paying the LAYAWAY. By my 2nd payment I figured I should ask if they will deffinately have the one I'm paying for in stock, they said of course. When I finally fully paid for it they couldn't find the type I paid for. So to patch up the issue the employee said that I can buy the same system but it has a higher memory space, BUT i'd have to pay 100$ more! When I said I can't afford it he then badgered me and pressured me into buying a PS4!. Finally I said dude I want what I paid for. He then gave me the Xbox with higher memory without paying the extra 100$ which I was glad about. The next month i went in to look for a 4k HD TV. I found one I can afford then asked him what the Full name of the Tv is so that I can research it online to see if i like it. He said "It's a samsung" . Politely I said I know, but I'd like to look it up could look on the back of it for the model number? He gets an attitude and says "Man I'm not doing all that work for that!" I was pissed .. anyway I finaly figured what kind of TV it was, no thanks to the employees. I looked it up online and it turns out they are selling it at a much higher price than in other retail stores AND IT'S NOT EVEN A 4K HD TV! That's the main reason I wanted it, for the 4k.. so they commit false advertising. Also the 2 of the employees are absolutely clueless about what they are selling and are very arrogant and unprofessional. If you go to this store PLEASE ask them the Exact name of the TVs because they purposely make sure there are no tags. Terrible...

If I could leave zero stars that would be too high of a rating. Hoodwinkers should really be the name of this operation.

I Went to Home Tech Electronics on 154 market st in Paterson to purchase an unlocked phone for my business. I was showed one and paid extra for it to be unlocked. When I went to activate it at a carrier, it was locked. At some point at the purchase the phone was swapped out with one that was locked.

Now when I go back to the store I’m told I have to sign up for “simple mobile” and this was explained to me at the time of purchase. This was clearly not what happened and was told nothing else could be...
