Planet Fitness — Local services in Paterson

I really enjoy going to PF Paterson. The staff is friendly, the machines for the most part are in great condition and with the app I can see how crowded it is and decide what time is going to be least busy. Even on days when it is packed, there's enough machines that I can stay busy on while I wait for another to open up. After a good workout there's a choice between a massage chair or a hydro massage bed. They have two of each and I usually don't have to wait to get in/on one. There's also tanning, which I can't comment on because I have not used it/them. Unsure how many there are. The gym is clean, the locker room and bathrooms are clean as well. I don't shower there but I assume they're clean as well. I've previously been to two other PF's that are relatively close and I like PF Paterson much more than the others. I give this gym 5 stars! I’ve been coming to this gym for a very while and about 2 years today on my daily routine I came to gym to work out and before working out I always decide to do a good stretch and what better than started to work out by doing some jump ropes so the past 4 days I request a jump rope to use and they have politely gave me it but today there was this lady that I requested told me they don’t have I told her if she’s for real and she just moved her head barely gave me answers, so all of a sudden now they don’t have or she was to lazy sitting down chatting with others instead of working and doing her job how is it possible people get mad she’s to sit down In a circle with others chatting instead of making sure each guest that we pay membership are satisfied with our service ? I will follow up with the manager who runs here because what she did is pure laziness because I know for sure they...

I recently visited the Paterson location, I had a guest who has special needs, when I inquired about a guest pass it took little time for Isha (Mgr) and Fracisco to acknowledge the situation and accomadate my guest You see I didn't possess the membership that allows guest; also they didn't know that I was asked by my neighbor if her son could join me at the gym ....without second thought I said, "let's Go! I'm sure that all of the company policies, and regulations would be lost upon him....he simply wanted to experience a workout at the gym! Thanks to the Team Members mentioned we were able to fulfill an experience that sometimes we all take for granted ....Bravo to Planet Fitness for expediting the red tape and fulfilling their companie's mantra "The No Judgement Zone" .... ...
