Taco Bell / Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Paterson

I went here and had to change my two-year-old daughter in the bathroom they had to buzz me in there was some woman passed out on the seat itand the bathroom was a mess overflowing papers on floor.. My guess she was high and fell asleep there. And she started screaming expletives at me as I held my daughter ,the shift manager came out the side door and asked me why I did not knock on the door and I said to her why would somebody not lock the door who's in the bathroom? Why would she buzz me in and not say someone was in there it was a single stall how do you not know if you got someone already in there? Besides that food was good and fast. The altercation was so loud when I came back into the lobby everyone was staring at me so I left with my fiance and baby. Brought my kid to the McDonald's. I ordered food through the Taco Bell app on 7/18, and my DoorDash driver, Jose, canceled my order. He claimed an employee told him that someone with the same name and address already took the food. But that's not true because I know the neighbors on the 2nd and 3rd floor and they don't have the same name as me. So I feel like he was lying. 🤨. Sounds like an excuse honestly felt like he was lazy or maybe high and just didn’t want to deliver 😤

I didn’t get my food, and my refund didn’t come through for 4-5 days 💸⏳. Completely unacceptable.

This was such a frustrating and disappointing experience. I won't be using the Taco Bell app again. From now on, if I really want Taco Bell, I’ll just order directly through Uber Eats or DoorDash 🚗

I called to report the man that they have behind the front window every morning. Management hung up on me. He is a vagrant of sorts, not completely right in the head, eats other food out of bags and what not, and changes his clothes in the front window. You can't walk passed him because his body and his bike block the front door or he is set up at the front table by the window looking horrible and eating something nasty that isn't from the store. I have not eaten there in months because the sight of him prevents me from going in and makes me lose my appetite...
