Li Lai Wok — Restaurant in Pawtucket

I purchased some food through Seamless. When I went to pick it up, the young man behind the counter saw me waiting, but the tried to serve a customer who came in behind me, ignoring me. I spoke up and told him that I was next. He continued to ignore me until I advised that I had ordered online and was there to pick up my order. He then got my order and handed it to me. There was no receipt or list of what I had ordered. He said I had ordered online. I had to remove every item out of the bag to make sure I was given what I ordered. I advised the young man that he had to treat all customers with respect who purchase from the restaurant. He turned around and walked away as I spoke to him. I am an African American senior female. The wonton soup was fantastic! But dont go here for a sit down meal. They have a few booths but when we went in, they just said we can seat ourselves. Never got a menu. Finally took one from the front counter and told them there what we wanted. 20 minutes later we still didn't have a place setting or even a waitress/waiter. Went to the counter again to ask how long we should expect food to take, and they had put it in take out containers (and didn't tell us it was ready). We just took those and left. Li Lai Wok is not only consistent time and time again, but it is one of the best Chinese take-out restaurants in Rhode Island. Originally we tried a few other Chinese places around Pawtucket before trying Li Lai Wok, and were disgusted with the quality/presentation of the food. Li Lai Wok provides your food in a washable black container, and packs your food within as tight as possible; I cannot stress enough, the portion they fit in your take-out container is absolutely jaw-dropping, and will leave you left overs for...
