Yesterday I had ordered a part for my car. The person who took the order informed me the part would arrive by 1:00PM A little after 1:00PM I had not heard from them that the part had arrived. Having the old one removed and still waiting on the part, I called to see if it was there. Was told to call back at 1:30PM if I had not heard from them. Around 1:45PM I called and the person that answered the phone was very disrespectful to me. Accused me of bugging them because I was calling to check on if the part was there. He would not confirm if the part would even be there on the next hub run. I asked if he could call the Orem hub and see if my part had even gotten shipped. He told me that wasn’t his job to check on my part. He said that I was more than welcome to call myself. Eventually he did call and verify my part would now arrive at 4:00PM. There was much more to this conversation but I will choose to leave it there. At that point I decided this was the last part I would ever buy at AutoZone. 2 hours later I received a call from the store manager, who was on her day off. She wanted to know what happened so I explained. She was so apologetic and kind and said she was so sorry that I was treated that way. I was way impressed by her level of concern and her desire to make things right. Because of her professionalism in handling this matter I will continue to be a regular customer of the Autozone in Payson Ut!! I recently came in at the ninth hour after installing some lights I ordered online that worked when tested during installation earlier that day, but when it came to leaving for work that night my car’s short-to-ground protection would kick in because resistance was too low. Thanks 2010’s Ford.
I was very late for work already and I must’ve seemed pretty pathetic; the clerk saved my bacon by giving me a killer deal on a set of bulbs, which is especially helpful in retrospect because the whole problem is one of my own doing and Amazon now wants to charge me a return fee.

Read moreI have been very disappointed in the service here. I have been in several times, but each time I go in there is never a "hi" or a welcome of any kind. I have wandered around for 10-15 minutes before getting help when there are available associates, just to get told they didn't want to bother us. The parts I needed were behind the counter anyway!! I have never been offered to have parts tested before replacing them, so we have spent lots of money there for things that could've been fine. I was never offered their reward program so I never got to benefit from the discounts that I could have had on the $400+ we have spent there.
