Sorry this will be a long one, but they were HORRIBLE tonight! If I could zero stars for them after tonight, I definitely would! We have eaten here or ordered takeout here probably at least a dozen times per yr for the last 4 years. It has always been great food and great service. Our family has been sick for a few days and no one had the energy to cook. We ordered our food online for pick up and it gave us a pick up time. I waited an extra 10 minutes since it's Friday and I know they can be busy. When I got to the restaurant the man asked me my name and walked into the back. I thought he was grabbing my order since by the time I got there, the order should have been ready 15 minutes prior. He didn't come back for almost 10 minutes, and then asked my order number. He disappeared in the back again for another 10 minutes. While I was waiting, door dash drivers were coming in and giving order info and getting their orders within just a few minutes. The guy finally came out and told me my order was next. Um, ok. It should have been done 35 minutes ago at this point. There were only 3 families dining in the restaurant so it wasn't like it was packed either. I was trying really hard to be patient, but since I am exhausted from everyone being sick, I just wanted to get my food and get home. Finally, 45 minutes after my order should have been ready, my food came out. I mentioned to the girl ringing me up that my order was 45 minutes late ( very politely) and she said" we have a lot of door dash orders, and they take priority" and was very rude. No apology, no offer of even a small discount for the extremely long wait, nothing. I was pretty frustrated but just handed her my card to pay. I mentioned the drink for the kids meal was missing and She rolled her eyes and walked off to get it which again took forever! The icing on the cake was when I got home and was pulling the food out for everyone, I didn't notice that one of the containers had a huge crack going down the side and halfway across the bottom. When I lifted it up the whole thing gave way and my husbands meal fell through the bottom of the container and into the bag! At this point he was so hungry he just grabbed a plate and tried to carefully scoop his food out of the bag. He was also missing the soup that was supposed to be a part of his combo. The whole experience tonight was beyond insane! Not sure what is going on but there is absolutely no customer service anymore. Had it only been 10-15 minutes late, and the chick was polite, I wouldn't have been as frustrated. We will unfortunately have to try one of the other joints in town. update The owner would rather argue with customers than attempt to make things right. Huge red flag. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for any reason. I’m removing a star because of the way everything has been handled and the food code violations the owner admits to.

A message to the owner, when I say it’s overpriced I mean that the quality and price for the value of food is off. You serve bulk quality surplus at a premium price. Others provide much better quality for the price. Also, you’ve been blamed for not following food service practices and you just admitted to breaking another one. Your server, if he really has 10 years experience, should know that he shouldn’t remove the cups from the table unless he brings a new cup (just bring the pitcher to the tables!). Putting different tables glasses in one hand forced all the germs onto the other glasses. Again, you’d rather argue than realize you aren’t following the heath code.

Would not return. Overpriced Surplus bagged frozen Chinese from a large distributor so you’re not getting anything special. We were thoroughly unimpressed with this place especially since people gave it such good reviews. The orange chicken wasn’t good, the cashew chicken was a little better but was tough and chewy. The spring roll was generic frozen and the pork egg roll wasn’t bad. Egg drop soup is the generic package from surplus too so it’s good but the same everywhere. Was $36 for two people to have a small combination meal. Way overpriced for everything compared to other places in Utah county.

The food was pretty bland and we were excited to get some cheap Chinese so we didn’t expect much but with service that was alright and an atmosphere that was a little sad it was a huge let down. When I finally got a refill of water the server took my glass and another tables glasses to the front desk where he filled them. His fingers went into my cup at first and he mixed them up (he tried giving me someone’s cup with a straw when I didn’t use a straw.)

At best, unimpressive. At worst rotten. Went in for the lunch buffet. First round of food was orange chicken, lomien and fried rice all of which tasted bland to the point of boredom. Side was egg rolls and cheese wonton. The egg roll was passable despite presentation being poor, the wontons were exceedingly bland with some lacking hardly any filling. Next round was honey walnut shrimp that seemed to lack flavor of honey or walnutand the shrimp had not be devained. Then beef and broccoli . The beef was cheap and lacked flavor and the texture was.... leathery. The broccoli was overcooked and tasted like it had turned bad before over cooking. Last was the sweet & sour chicken which was again flavorless. The atmosphere looks like management couldn't decide between nice or standard Chinese restaurant but ran out of money half way through.
