I was here on Saturday morning a little unprepared. I forgot to tape up my box and I didnāt have my label printed due to my printer being out of ink. It was quite busy but the owner (or at least Iām pretty sure it was the owner) handled the line well. He was good to talk to all of us in the line while he rushed back and forth assisting various customers. He kept apologizing and explaining that he is never this busy on a Saturday morning and that he had another staff member on their way. I know how overwhelming and awkward it can be having a huge line of customers waiting on you but he showed professionalism by remaining kind and attentive vs. the āIām busy and Iām not going to make eye contact with the lineā type attitude that is so much more typical of those in customer service. When it was my turn, he had me email my label to him, printed it, taped it and I was good to go. I had a terrible experience at this UPS Store. It took over 30 minutes just to be helped, and then another 30 minutes for Jakeāthe employee assisting meāto ship my package. I clearly showed him the correct address, but he failed to confirm it and sent it to the wrong location. I had paid extra for overnight shipping because the delivery was urgent.
Instead of arriving on time, the package got returned to the store due to their mistakeāand sat there for over a week without anyone contacting me. I only found out because the recipient reached out asking where it was. When I went back to the store and explained the situation, they acknowledged the error but still made me pay again to re-ship it.
This whole ordeal delayed my project, upset our customer, and cost me double what I should have paid. Zero accountability, poor communication, and unacceptable service. I wonāt be using this...

The employees are always helpful. I recently had an issue with a package to be delivered to my grand daughter again shipped internationally. I tried to see if we could resolve the delivery issues myself and my daughter could not speak to real person frustrated I called Bryan at the UPS store explained the situation. He was able to talk to the distribution center near my daughter and was able to advocate our issue and was able to get another delivery attempt scheduled.
