Taco Bell — Restaurant in Payson

Don’t go here on your lunch break if you only get a 30 minute break. Ran over there, stood at the counter and family of 5 also came in and was waiting behind me. Stood there for a solid 5 minutes before any of the workers said anything. When they did acknowledge us they said “we’re busy so just use the 2 kiosks to order” So I did but I wanted to pay in cash. So after I ordered on the kiosk I clicked “pay with cash” I again waited for someone to come help me up front so I could pay. No one did. Got tired of waiting so I sat down. The family of 5 got there food before me… and then other people who came in after me started getting there food…. 🙄 So I again went up to the counter and finally someone came to help me. They couldn’t “find” my order. I told them I clicked on “pay with cash” they finally found my order and I paid. I literally spend my whole break on waiting for them to make my food, all because they were to busy to help their customers. If you go make sure you have an extra 20+ minutes since they’ll just ignore you. Also on top of that while I was waiting one of the workers friends came in and they helped him at the counter 🤦🏼‍♀️🙄 If you do go, go in the morning the ladies in the morning are so friendly and have good...

I truly believe this is the worst Taco Bell in the US! I will drive to Spanish Fork instead. Truly Anywhere is better! EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO THERE my food get messed up. But I get it sometime that happens. But when you order food and you think there going to be meat in it nope!!

A taco supreme less than 1/2 a teaspoon yep my kids measure it once.

Just a crunch wrap with no lettuce and tomato that actually got that right first try it’s a miracle. But it bare 2 specks of meat. She scooped it not even a full teaspoon of meat in the entire crunch wrap! I used to get a Mexican pizza with just meat and cheese put only 1 piece would have meat in it!

Save money go to taco time they there’s more meat in there 1 taco than 6 tacos at Taco Bell!

And this is every time! I’ve asked why and was told that is there serving size. I wish I had the pics there just terrible there on my phone.

I haven’t been here in a while and made the mistake of coming back cause I didn’t want to drive to Spanish Fork Taco Bell. But it’s so frustrating! As I’m typing this my husband say this was the worst taco it’s stale and just a shell. I think the forgot the filling!!

I've got to say, I was actually excited to get to this review after my experience at this establishment today!! By far the best and most sincere customer service I've encountered in a good while!! I could have hung out longer even if I hadn't been in a hurry to get hubby his lunch!! The workers were AMAZING!! I want everyone to know these great people really cared about the people they served. No part felt like it was disingenuous. It was pure sincere, out of the way good service!! They took the time to get on my son's level and connect! There was no reason they needed to either other then they were just that nice!! I felt like we should have been at a five star hotel the way we were greeted and treated the whole time we were there. Worth every minute we were around!! Thanks for being the change we want to see in the world, ladies!! Bravo! This is what caring about the difference we can make looks like, no matter what your job is or who you come across. Felt pretty good to feel some human connection in a usually unlikely time and place!! I wish the best for each of you with true sincerity, just as you succeeded at making me feel when we were there!!
