We have purchased several mattresses and platform stands from this store in Payson and have been pleased and satisfied with each one. My wife and I have been very impressed with Kristine and Cindy and how they handled one mixup we had with our last order(the only mixup we have had). They went so far above and beyond that we could not have ever guessed what they did to fix our problem. Mattress Experts are what stores used to be like when customers mattered. I've never been to a mattress store until a couple of days ago when I went to mattress experts. I was expecting it to be like a car dealership where they're just trying to sell you a junk car for a junk price. But at mattress experts, it was nothing like that at all! The gentleman helped me find a mattress that worked best for me. He made sure to find a mattress that would be comfortable for me. There were no upsales and no upcharges and no nothing but good customer service and quality mattresses. I'm very happy with my bedtech mattress that they sold me along with the covers they gave to me half off. The guy knows his stuff and will answer all of your questions. I stopped into Mattress Experts while on vacation in Payson. I was surprised at the great selection of mattresses on display. Kristine helped me & answered all my questions. She was very knowledgably, plus their prices beat anyone's back in the valley by far. I took her card & once I arrived home, I checked back with several stores again in Phoenix & Scottsdale, and they wouldn't even come close to their price, so called her up & ordered my king mattress & box springs.
