Sorry to say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a doctor’s office. Arrived early. Did intake paperwork. All was fine. Then was called back into an examination room. That’s where it all went bad. The lady that took me was not nice at all!!! I would tell you her name. But she never introduced herself. So I don’t know it. She directed me to sit in a black chair. Asked if I wanted to take a picture for my chart ?.?.? Never have I been asked to have my pic taken. I declined. She then asked me what medication I was taking. I told her a statin and aspirin. She proceeded to tell me the medication I had been prescribed. Not sure why she didn’t start with that. She then asked why I was there ? I explained about the small growth that had recently appeared. She asked 5 questions so fast I was taken a back. Never did she come take a look. After I answered one of the questions she began to leave. I said that’s not the only thing. She turned around with this look of why are you bothering me. I told her that I was sorry for bothering her. I had to leave. She was short curt hateful just downright rude. My appointment was for a full epidural examination. I’m sure that was on my chart. Now I’m a conservative. I believe treat people the way you want to be treated. A double bonus! I went to see Stephanie for my initial consultation for annual skin checkups for history of skin cancer She was wonderful, and insightful, and thorough. Four days later I went back and had some fillers and Botox (took about an hour). I asked her to please not make me look like a duck!! She could not have been more skilled and professional and did it outstanding job; plus she listened to my concerns and respected those concerns! The best lip filling I've EVER HAD. I will definitely be going back. (OH! and I got a complimentary chem peel on top of it at no charge). They offered a discount of $40 too from a coupon they sent me.

Visiting Payson Dermatology was a life saver for me. A small crusty bump began to grow on the back of my arm and I didn’t notice for several months until it grew enough to feel. My GP noticed and sent me to Stephanie for an exam. She did a very thorough skin check and found several areas that looked suspicious so she had biopsies done. This one came back as melanoma. She immediately referred me to an excellent cancer center where I received wonderful care. The melanoma was removed with clean margins and nearby lymph glands were also clear. No treatment is needed other than close watch on my skin, 3 month dermatology scans and 6 month cancer center visits. I’m so grateful that God led my PA to notice my skin and send me to Stephanie and also grateful that this was caught and removed in a timely way. Check your skin!! Protect your skin...
