I made an order online and went to pick it up and I was turned away and told they were closed. There was someone else in front of me getting their order and I was expecting mine since I ordered and paid for it already. The staff was very rude and refused to listen and kept saying we don't have an order for you. But they did have my order, I was customer number 28, if they would look at the register. I was told they didn't have any more condiments to make any more food. Another staff came to the window and I tried to talk to him and totally ignored me and my husband. He opened the register and cancelled my online order and gave me a full refund. I tried to show my online order on my phone he refused to comply and just wanted me to take the refund money due to me, $33.86, since they refused to make my order. I realize that it was late but I did put my order in and I should have gotten what I paid for. The attitude was completely uncalled for. If I had an attitude like theirs I wouldn't have a job. What happened to the respect of customers? I will not be going back to that facility again. I just happened to be in town and Burger King sounded really good. But ever again in Payson, I will wait for Globe Burger King to open and I hope that those staff members are not working there. People with attitudes like that put a bad name on businesses. Something should be done about this situation. I don't care about the money I just want something done...

Took forever to get our meals because they forgot to drop the chicken fries in and when we got it, my grandsons toy was not in the bag. My husband went up to ask at the front about his toy and the employee standing face to face with him yelled loud enough to startle my grandson at the back of the restaurant that they are out of toys. We should have been told when we ordered and were given that option, however, they offered a cookie instead and my grandson was happy. Traveling and needing to get back on the road we left and I started divying the food up only to realize that all the sauces for our meals were not in there and the order was incorrect, and all the sauces were missing. We turned around and drove back, I ran in and just grabbed the sauces and left the order as is. Read moreThey got my order wrong, which is ok it happens. Got my friends order wrong, its ok it happens. Brought it back, our orders were corrected. Gave my girlfriend diahearea, its fast food that happens. But it gave me food poisoning, I was throwing up for about 20 minutes and then had diahearea. The whole time I kept thinking whoever works in the back, must clean with the same detail his gives his orders. Or keeps old food idk. Went in 7-30-2018 around 2-3pm. Ticket number 182 if I remember correctly. I will never eat at a restaurant that makes that many mistakes again, next time I will just ask for my money back. Red flag.
For anyone who cares this is what was wrong with my order, I can't remember what was wrong with friends order. I had 3 rodeo cheeseburgers, none of them had cheese and one was missing onion rings.
